སམས་ན་ལམ་ལོག་པའི་ཁམས་སུ་ལྷུང་ངོ་། །ཡང་སེམས་དེ་སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ཞིག་མཚན་མོ་མུན་ནག་གི་ནང་ནས་རྫས་སྣ་ཚོགས་མཐོང་སྟེ་ཉིན་མོ་མཐོང་པ་དང་མཚུངས་སོ། །ཡང་སེམས་དེ་ཉིད་ལུས་ཀྱི་ནང་དང་ཞིང་གསལ་བ་དེ་ཡུད་ཙམ་ཞིག་གསལ་བ་ལས་རང་གི་ལུས་ཀྱི་ནང་ནས་སྲིན་གྲོལ་མ་བློ་བུར་དུ་བྱུང་ཡང་། ལུས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་སྨས་ཤིང་ཉམས་པ་མེད་པར་ཡང་མཐོང་ངོ་། །ཡང་སེམས་དེ་གསལ་ཞིང་སལ་ལེ་བའི་ངང་ནས་སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ཞིག་འོད་བྱུང་སྟེ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ཁྱབ་པ་འཛམ་བུ་གསེར་གྱི་ཁ་དོག་ཏུ་གྱུར་ཏེ་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྐུར་གྱུར་ནས་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ལྷའི་འོད་བརྩེགས་པའི་ཁང་པ་ན་བཞུགས་ཏེ་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅུའི་འཁོར་གྱིས་བསྐོར་ཞིང་། ས་ཡ་ཕྲག་རྒྱའི་ཞིང་དང་པད་མོར་བཅས་པ་ལྟ་བུར་བྱུང་པ་སྣང་ངོ་། །ཡང་བསྒོམས་པ་ལས་སེམས་སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ཞིག་ཁམས་བཞི་ཡང་རྩྭ་ཞིང་དང་འདྲ་བར་མཐོང་སྟེ། མེས་བསྲེགས་མཚོན་ཆས་སྟུབས་ཀྱང་མི་ཚོར་ཞིང་མེའི་འོད་ཀྱིས་མཆེད་ཀྱང་ཚིག་པར་མི་འགྱུར་ལ། ཤ་བཅད་ན་ཡང་ཤིང་བཞོགས་པ་དང་མཚུངས་སོ། །ཡང་སེམས་དེ་སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ཞིག་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་ས་ཆེན་པོ་དང་རི་དང་ཆུ་ཀླུང་མཐོང་སྟེ་དེ་ཉིད་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་དུ་གྱུར་ནས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་བདུན་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་འོད་སྣང་པས་ཁྱབ་ཅིང་གང་པ་དང་། ཡང་གངྒཱའི་ཀླུང་གི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་ཀྱི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁང་པ་བརྩེགས་པ་བརྒྱན་པ་ན་བཞུགས་ཏེ་ནམ་མཁའ་གང་བར་མཐོང་ངོ་། །ཡང་འོག་གི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་མཐོང་། སྟེང་གི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ཡང་ལྷའི་གནས་གཞལ་མེད་ཁང་རྣམས་སྒྲིབས་པ་མེད་པ་ལྟ་བུར་མཐོང་ངོ་། །ཡང་སེམས་དེ་ཡུན་རིང་སུ་བསྒོམས་པ་ལས་སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ཞིག་ནམ་གྱི་གུང་ལ་རྒྱང་རིང་པོ་ནས་ཚོང་འདུས་དང་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་དང་གཉེན་བཤེས་ཀྱང་མཐོང་ངོ་། །བར་བར་ནི་གཏམ་ཟེར་བའི་སྒྲ་ཡང་ཐོས་ཤིང་བར་ཆོད་ཀྱིས་ཕྱི་རོལ་ན་འདུག་པ་ལྟ་བུར་ཡང་མཐོང་ངོ་། །དེ་རྣམས་དགེ་བའི་ལྟས་ནི་ཡིན་གྱི་འཕགས་པར་གྱུར་པ་ནི་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ལ་འཕགས་པའོ་སྙམ་དུ་བསམས་ན་ལམ་ལོག་པའི་ཁམས་སུ་ལྷུང་ངོ་། །ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །སྐབས་འདི་ནས་ལུས་གནད་ལྟ་སྟངས་དང་རྟགས་བཅུ་དང་འོད་གསལ་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་དང་གཞན་ལ་ཤར་ཅེས་གཞན་ལ་ཤིན་ཏུ་གསང་བར་གདམས་པའི་བཀའ་རྒྱས་འདེབས་པ་གལ་ཆེའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཀུན་གཞི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་འགྱུར་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོའི་རང་སྣང་། ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་རང་གཟུགས། དབུ་མ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཉམས་མྱོང་། ཤེར་ཕྱིན་ཟབ་མོ་སྣང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱིས་གཟུགས་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ་རྣམས་དོན་དམ་པའི་སེམས་སུ་ངོ་སྤྲད་པར་བྱའོ།། །། ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་སྣ་ཚོགས་ངོ་སྤྲད་པ།

如果认为（这些现象）是殊胜的，就会堕入歧途。还有，心在片刻之间，在黑夜里能看到各种事物，如同白天所见。还有，心本身能清楚地看到身体内部和净土，短暂地显现，即使突然从自己的身体里出现食肉鬼女，也能如实地看到身体的本性，既不污秽也不衰败。还有，心在清明澄澈的状态中，片刻之间出现光明，遍布十方，变成阎浮檀金的颜色，各种形态都变成如来之身，显现为毗卢遮那如来，安住在天界光芒堆砌的宫殿中，被十方佛的眷属围绕。显现出数百万的刹土和莲花。还有，通过禅修，心在片刻之间看到四大元素如同草地，即使被火烧或被武器击打也感觉不到疼痛，即使火光蔓延也不会被烧毁，切割血肉也如同砍伐树木。还有，心在片刻之间看到十方大地、山脉和河流，它们都变成了佛土，具备七宝，被光明照亮充满。还有，看到恒河沙数般的如来佛都安住在装饰华丽的楼阁中，充满虚空。还有，向下看到地狱的众生。向上也看到天界的无数宫殿，如同没有遮蔽一样。还有，心经过长时间的禅修，在片刻之间，在正午时分，从远处也能看到集市、城市和亲友。断断续续地听到说话的声音，也看到如同隔着屏障在外面一样。这些都是吉祥的征兆，但不是已经成为圣者。如果认为这些是殊胜的，就会堕入歧途。如是说。此时，关于身要的观察方法、十种征相、光明等等，以及向他人显现，务必封印极度保密的教诲。如此，阿赖耶识智慧的显现是大手印的自显现，大乘的。

If one thinks (these phenomena) are superior, one will fall into the wrong path. Also, the mind, in a moment, can see various things in the dark night, just like seeing them in the daytime. Also, the mind itself can clearly see the inside of the body and the pure land, appearing briefly, even if a flesh-eating demoness suddenly appears from within one's own body, one can still see the true nature of the body as it is, neither defiled nor decayed. Also, the mind, in a clear and limpid state, in a moment, light appears, pervading the ten directions, turning into the color of Jambudvipa gold, and all forms become the body of the Tathagata, manifesting as Vairochana Tathagata, dwelling in a palace piled with the light of the heavens, surrounded by the retinue of the ten Buddhas. Millions of Buddha-fields and lotuses appear. Also, through meditation, the mind, in a moment, sees the four elements as if they were grasslands, even if burned by fire or struck by weapons, one feels no pain, even if the light of the fire spreads, one will not be burned, and cutting flesh and blood is like cutting down trees. Also, the mind, in a moment, sees the great earth of the ten directions, mountains and rivers, and they all become Buddha-lands, possessing the seven treasures, illuminated and filled with light. Also, one sees all the Tathagata Buddhas, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, dwelling in decorated and ornate pavilions, filling the sky. Also, downwards, one sees the sentient beings of hell. Upwards, one also sees the countless palaces of the heavens, as if there were no obstructions. Also, the mind, after meditating for a long time, in a moment, at noon, from a distance, one can see markets, cities, and relatives and friends. One hears the sound of speech intermittently, and also sees as if one were outside, separated by a barrier. These are all auspicious signs, but not that one has already become a noble being. If one thinks these are superior, one will fall into the wrong path. Thus it is said. At this time, regarding the method of observing the body posture, the ten signs, luminosity, and so on, and showing them to others, it is important to seal the extremely secret instructions. Thus, the manifestation of the wisdom of the alaya is the self-manifestation of the Great Seal, of the Great Vehicle.
