It is not the characteristic to be distinguished by consciousness. Similarly, although it is the ground of ultimate truth, it is not the ground of conventional truth because it lacks the characteristic of solidity of the ground of conventional truth. Similarly, although it is the water, fire, and wind of ultimate truth, it is not the water, fire, and wind of conventional truth because it lacks the characteristics of moisture, burning, and movement of the water, fire, and wind of conventional truth. Similarly, although the eighteen realms with sense organs and objects are the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu of ultimate truth, they are not the eighteen realms with sense organs and objects of conventional truth because they lack the characteristic of substance of the eighteen realms with sense organs and objects of conventional truth. As it is said in the Glorious Tantra: The aspect of earth is not solid, and the melted water body is not liquid, because it is not moist. The aspect of fire is not fire, movement is the body of wind, whatever is not moving is not wind. Although it is the aspect of emptiness, the objects to be seen, white and green, and various great colors, are not colors. Although it possesses all aspects, it is not seen, because of the power of one's own mind, the defilements, and the demons. And in the Stainless Light Commentary it says: Now, the characteristics of form are explained by "earth" and so on. Here, because it appears as emptiness, without substance, what is seen is the aspect of earth, but it is not solid. The aspect of melted water is like the water of a mirage, and it is not water, because it lacks moisture. Similarly, the aspect of fire is not. Movement is the body of wind, because it is without substance, so whatever does not move is not wind. Because it is without substance, it is the aspect of emptiness, even so, it can be seen. Like a city of illusion, although it has colors such as white, it is not color because it is without substance. Although it possesses all aspects, it is not seen by children at all times. Why is that? It is because of the power of the defilements and demons. It is because the life force flows in the left and right channels. This is certain. And in the Diamond Heart Commentary it also says: The essence is self-awareness, the essence of the Tathagata's wisdom, with its holder, what is held, and the holding, free from the transformations of the eighteen realms, the yogis see the formless objects outside

No color, no eye, no consciousness of the eye. Likewise, no listener, no sound, no consciousness of the ear. Likewise, no smell, no smeller, no consciousness of the nose. Likewise, no taste, no taster, no consciousness of the tongue. Likewise, no touch, no toucher, no consciousness of the body. Likewise, no dharma realm, no holder, no consciousness of the mind. Thus, the eye and so forth are also not existent. Thus, the precious suchness of being separated from the eighteen realms should be meditated upon by the yogi, because it prevents ignorance. Thus it is said. Thus, the aspect of the Alaya-consciousness, the nature of the six objects, the eighteen realms cease. The appearance of the Alaya-wisdom, the nature of the six objects, the eighteen realms, which have always been abiding within oneself, become manifest, those transformations of the Alaya-wisdom, the self-appearance of the Mahamudra, the self-essence of the Mahayana. The experience of the Great Madhyamaka. The emanation of the Tathagatagarbha. The profound wave of Other-Emptiness. The play of the clear light Dharmakaya. The profound appearance of the Prajnaparamita, all six objects of such samadhi should be recognized as the ultimate mind. Recognition of the six objects of wisdom.
