Let the demons disguise themselves as deities, taking inner accomplishments outward, and bringing outer obstacles inward. May all the obstructing demons be satisfied by this sacrificial Torma (offering), and return to their respective places! If you dare not leave, the wisdom vajra flame of the Wrathful One will split your head into a hundred pieces! If there are hymns, then with music and melodies: Hum! In the secret long life's accomplishment of activities, may obstacles and demons not stay, leave immediately! If you dare not leave, the great Wrathful One will destroy your body and life like crushing particles of dust! Hum! Accompanied by the fourth empowerment's mantra, incense, music, and threatening gestures, emit terrifying sounds. Hum! Above and below, in all directions, is a vajra ground, with tents, banners, wrathful deities, and weapons intertwined. The five-colored wisdom flames instantly fill the entire space. Om Vajra Raksha Raksha Hum Phet! Then, from 'All beings equal to space, the fully enlightened Buddhas' to 'To request empowerment, offer the mandala,' follow the empowerment ritual of the Longevity Accomplishment Iron Tree written by Chögyal Wangpo (Dharma King). Then, to receive the empowerment, pray: 'In the state of great bliss, without birth or death,' etc., repeat the verses from the terma text three times. Then, in the space in front, visualize Amitabha (Infinite Life Buddha), and the mandala of the Three Roots—gurus of the Mind Transmission of the Buddhas, the Symbolic Transmission of Vidyadharas, the Oral Transmission of Individuals, the Karma Terma Transmission, etc.—appearing and abiding here. To turn back from wrong paths and to liberate from the suffering of samsara and the lower realms, take refuge: Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya, from 'May the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas hear me' to 'Grant me the accomplishment of long life,' repeat three times according to the terma text. Then, to turn back from the inferior paths of Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, and to take vows, 'For the benefit of beings,' etc., repeat the six-line verses three times according to the terma text. Then, bestow blessings: From the guru's heart, rays of light emanate, touching the disciple's body, eliminating obstacles and obscurations, transforming into a mass of light. Accompanied by music and melodies: From the realm of pure self-arising wisdom, The assembly of the protector Amitayus, For the fortunate sons and daughters gathered here, Grant the accomplishment of immortal life. From the palace of lotus light in the west, Guru Padmasambhava, Tothreng Tsedang Tsal (Lotus Skull Garland Empowerment of Life), From the treasure site, the eastern slope of the auspicious and beautiful mountain, The Vidyadhara (knowledge holder) Garuda's emanation, father and sons, From countless pure realms, The lineage lamas of the profound treasure teachings, On the lotus sun and moon seat on the crown of the head, The root lama, the venerable Vajradhara, From the palace of powerful charnel ground play, The oath-bound, profound treasure protectors, From the islands of the secret Dakinis of Oddiyana, The life Dakini, the deities of the five elements, Erect the pillar of immortal Vajra life, Scatter the forces of the Lord of Death and demons to the winds, Pour down the rain of inexhaustible life nectar, Bestow the great blessing of increasing life, glory, and wealth. Following the long mantra, perform strong incense offerings and music with 'Samaya Abhe Shaya Ah Ah (藏文：ས་མ་ཡ་ཨ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ)'. Recite the life-invoking prayer of 'Bhagavan Protector Yeshe Tsepakme' once. Then, for the actual empowerment: from 'the light rays of the samadhi mantra' to 'meditate as a mass of empty, clear light', and from 'the state of great bliss, without birth or death' to 'Ayur Jnana Siddhi Ah Hum (藏文：ཨ་ཡུ་རྫྙཱ་ན་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：आयुर्ज्ञानसिद्धिः आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：Ayur jñāna siddhi āḥ hūṃ，寿命、智慧、成就、啊、吽)', recite according to the treasure text, and properly perform the visualization of the samadhi according to the meaning of the words. Change 'my body' and 'to me' to 'student'. Then, accompanied by music and melodies, wave the arrow banner and recite the life-invoking prayer of 'Bhagavan Protector Yeshe Tsepakme' once. Then, place the life vase on the crown of the head, throat, and heart, and recite the three verses of the treasure text, 'Bhagavan Protector Vajra Tsepakme', and change 'mine' to 'student'. At the end of that: Amitayus Protector, Goddess Chandali, Padmasambhava, Tsoyal, treasure masters, father and sons, Sangye Jamyang, Beseton Rinchen Gyal, I pray, grant the accomplishment of life.
