From the dark blue dissolving into the heart, like a reddish-purple mist, the white and red bindus (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ་དཀར་དམར།, Literal meaning: White and Red Bindus) then move separately up and down. Breath comes down from the single Ro (a type of breathing technique), igniting the central channel, flames blaze, successively burning the chakras, the whole body filled with fire. Consciousness and awareness then spread outwards, the world filled with fire, burning oneself, visualizing oneself as a burning iron ball, thereby pacifying desire. If obstacles arise, from the navel chakra, flames rise, burning the outer container and inner essence (Tibetan: སྣོད་བཅུད།, Literal meaning: Container and Essence), as well as the aggregates and elements (Tibetan: ཕུང་ཁམས།, Literal meaning: Aggregates and Elements), abiding in emptiness. Again, practice as before, if there is an obstacle of equal parts of the five poisons, visualize the blue Guru dissolving into the heart, transforming into a bindu, dissolving into the navel chakra. Or visualize the blue Guru in the heart of the Guru, then visualize the light dissolving, merging into oneself. Sometimes various appearances of pleasure and pain, hope and fear arise, if visualizing the Guru does not eliminate the obstacles of the five poisons, then practice as follows: In the east, visualize the patterns of water, naturally dissolving like a snake knot. If this still cannot eliminate the obstacles of the five poisons, such as the order of water, then visualize the Guru as a mirror, dissolving into the navel chakra. Visualize the Guru in the form of five lights, focus on it, the light dissolves, merging into oneself. Abide in a state of non-attachment, maintaining it for a day. Then observe the body, mind, and appearances. If the body and mind are separate, then there will be many differences between common and individual, therefore the body and mind are not one, nor is the mind the body, it must be done so that the body is seen as invisible like the mind, and the mind is seen as visible and tangible like the body, but in reality, it is not so. Symbolizing that the mind is not an external appearance, not an outer container and inner essence, nor is it internal. Therefore, the body, mind, and appearances must all be integrated. Observe the place of origin, dwelling, and destination of the three realms (Tibetan: འགྲོ་གསུམ།, Literal meaning: Three Realms), and make a decision. First, observe from where it comes, where it dwells, and where it ultimately goes, but in reality, it cannot be determined. Then, recognize that the nature of mind is empty, clear, and without attachment, originally the three bodies. The essence is emptiness, which is the Dharmakaya, its radiance is pure. The nature is luminosity, which is the Sambhogakaya, naturally accomplished like a rainbow. Great compassion is unobstructed, like the sun shining in the sky, its light spreading on the earth, it is the unobstructed Nirmanakaya. In reality, self-awareness is unmodified, naked. When clear, it is empty, when empty, it is clear. Clarity and emptiness are inseparable, appearance and emptiness are inseparable. When appearing, it is empty, when empty, it is appearing. Awareness is empty and flickering, when looking at it, when aware, it is empty, when empty, it is aware. Indistinguishable and clear, clear and empty, the hope of clarity and emptiness, relax in the natural state of non-attachment, naturally liberated. Originally free from all extremes of elaboration.
