I transform into the central Vajra Nine Peaks. I will grasp the gathering and dispersing as before. Then, from my own heart, emanate a white vajra, extending to about seven cubits in front of my body, rotating clockwise and gathering back into my heart. The preliminary practice is emptiness, the white vajra, and the Hum syllable, also emanated in front like the white vajra, from which the mind is held, and from which countless Hum syllables are emanated, scattering outward and inward, gathering as before. First the Hum syllable, then visualize the white and red bindus, gradually cultivating. The body posture is the seven-point posture, pressing the pulse at the base of the little finger with the thumb, placing it at the corner of the thigh. The three channels, namely the left, right and central channels, visualize at the crown of the head, from the syllableവം(藏文,梵文天城体,vam, water)arises a white bindu, the size of a pea; at the junction of the three channels, from the syllableཨ་(藏文,梵文天城体,a,none)arises a red bindu, like a heart. Holding the breath slightly, the red bindu comes to the heart, merges with the white bindu, focusing on visualization. Then place the white and red bindus back in their respective positions. (2b) Body key, breath key, channel key, bindu key, relying on these four, seek the key to the mind. Those with reliance, such as pebbles, branches, children, Buddha statues, etc., are visualized as deities. In the intervals, look at their essence and let them self-liberate. Those without reliance, abide in an unprocessed state. Afterwards, starting from the guidance, the key to the body's channels, breath, and bindus is as before, slightly pressing the breath above, going down from the left channel, going up from the central channel, at the syllableཨ་(藏文,梵文天城体,a,none), the red bindu slightly enters the heart, the white bindu from the crown of the head descends, visualizing the white above and the red below in the heart. Then, at the crown of the head, visualize the wrathful Guru, praying to him with the five-layered Hum syllables, the Guru transforms into light, merges into a blue bindu, merges into the bindu in the heart, the Guru and one's own mind abide inseparably. Entering the actual practice, cultivate the essence of clarity and emptiness without grasping. If there is dullness or the obstacle of ignorance, visualize the reddish-brown Guru in the expanse of the sky, the light merges into oneself, etc., practice as in the ritual. If there is agitation, anger, or the obstacle of ignorance, focus on visualizing the reddish-brown Guru, then transform into light, becoming a reddish-brown bindu, merging into the bindu in the heart, abiding in a state where oneself and everything else are unobservable. The one who dispels obstacles is the white Guru. The actual practice is as before, the one who dispels the obstacle of anger is the white Guru, from which the white Guru pervades the world, benefiting sentient beings, all sentient beings become Gurus, the object of anger disappears, merges into the heart, as before. Visualize in the sky in front of the brow. The actual practice is as before, the one who dispels obstacles is the Guru. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
