Because I considered it very important to practice the teachings of Lingpa (gling pa, place name), I had long hoped to organize them, but I was delayed by being entangled in various distractions. Recently, urged by some motivated individuals such as Spangton Ngagchang Lobsang Ngawang (person's name), I began to organize them. I had diligently received the empowerment, transmission, and oral instructions of this 'Demon Subduing Aversion' (gshed skor) from many holy beings such as Omniscient Choying Rangdrol (person's name). I also relied on the profound and secret oral transmission instructions obtained from Lhasa Namtrul Ulsung Chokyi Drakpa (lha sras rnam sprul dbu smyon chos kyi grags pa, person's name), thereby gaining confidence. Written by the black mantra practitioner Zilnon Drakpo Tsal (person's name) from Zahor (za hor, place name), on the second joyful day of the month of Drozhin (Tibetan seventh month) in the Wood Snake year (Tibetan calendar), at the Potala Palace (po ta la, place name).
