ཐུན་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཆར་ཆེན་འབེབས་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་དྲང་སྲོང་དྲི་མེད་ཞི་ཁྲོའི་རིག་གཏད་ཀྱི་ཆོག་སྒྲིགས་ཐུགས་ཐིགས་སྙིང་བུམ་གཡས་འཁྱིལ་ཞེས་པ་འདི་ནི་ལས་བྱང་སྒྲིག་རྩོམ་གྱི་སྐབས་དགེ་སློང་འཇམ་དབྱངས་གྲགས་པས་རིག་གཏད་འདི་ལ་ཆོག་སྒྲིགས་ཤིག་བྱུང་ན་ཞེས་འབད་པས་བསྐུལ་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ཟ་ཧོར་གྱི་བནྡེས་སྦྱར་བའི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་བསྐུལ་བ་པོ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་བགྱིས་པའི་དགེ་བས་འགྲོ་བ་རྣམས་བདུད་བཞིའི་འཆིང་བ་ལས་གྲོལ་བའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།།

愿真实的成就如大雨般降临！这是由正直无垢的寂静与忿怒本尊的意伏藏仪轨《心髓宝瓶右旋》所辑录。在编纂仪轨时，由于比丘蒋扬扎巴恳切请求为这个意伏藏制作一个仪轨，萨霍尔的班智达应其请求而著。愿此功德，由发起人亲自担任书写者，使一切众生从四魔的束缚中解脱。萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（ सर्व मङ्गलम्，sarva maṅgalam，一切吉祥）！

May the true attainments descend like a great rain! This is compiled from the mind treasure ritual of the peaceful and wrathful deities, 'The Heart Essence Vase Turning to the Right.' During the compilation of the ritual manual, due to the earnest request of the monk Jamyang Drakpa for a ritual arrangement for this mind treasure, the Pandit of Zahor composed it in response. May this merit, with the initiator himself acting as the scribe, cause all beings to be liberated from the bonds of the four maras.
