If a poisoning-like symptom occurs, it is a sign that the door is blocked. Then, at the beginning of the session, these visualizations of blocking the door, if you can meditate on each visualization once, it is good, but it is also okay not to meditate. Then, in the center of the body, if you meditate on the central channel, visualize it as being slightly thicker. It is also okay not to meditate. At the heart center, visualize a large blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), about four fingers in size, or if smaller, about the size of a thumb, appearing as if it is about to melt, with its head pointing downwards. At the navel, visualize either the Aṃ (ཨཾ) syllable or the A-sha (ཨ་ཤད་) syllable, whichever you prefer, with its head pointing upwards. Expel the stale air. Inhale and press down the upper air, visualizing rays of light emanating downwards from the Hūṃ at the heart center. Draw the lower air upwards, causing the Tuṃmo fire to blaze from the A-sha at the navel. The force of the fire and air causes the Hūṃ at the heart center to turn its head upwards, and visualize a stream of bindus dripping from the hook at the foot of the Hūṃ, focusing on the blazing and dripping. Hold the breath as much as possible. When you cannot hold it any longer, exhale. Inhale again, and when pressing down the upper air, the Hūṃ at the heart center reverses its head and tail. Draw up the lower air, and visualize the Tuṃmo fire blazing at the navel, the force of the fire and air causing the Hūṃ at the heart center to turn its head upwards. Meditate repeatedly in this manner. These are the preliminaries for all four transfers of consciousness (pho ba). For the main practice, first is the transfer of consciousness of the body (ku pho ba): In the center of the body, visualize the central channel as being slightly thicker, with its upper end inserted into the fontanelle and its lower end inserted into the secret place. Below the central channel at the heart center, visualize two blue Yuṃ (ཡུམ་) syllables with their heads facing downwards and placed side by side, with their two hooks gradually separating. Above that, visualize two blue Yuṃ syllables with their heads facing downwards, with their two hooks placed together and their two heads gradually separating. In the middle of these four syllables, visualize a blue Hūṃ syllable with its head facing downwards. Below these five syllables, visualize a red Haṃ (ཧཾ་) syllable, and above it, visualize a white Ka (ཀ་) syllable. These seven syllables, and the A-sha syllable at the navel, visualize them clearly again, and then hold the breath in kumbhaka. Visualize the Tuṃmo fire blazing from the A-sha syllable at the navel, the force of the fire and air causing the seven syllables at the heart center to turn their heads upwards, and visualize the heart center trembling and shaking. When you inhale and exhale with the sound "Hik", visualize the seven syllables swirling upwards, focusing on them trembling and shaking as if about to come out from the fontanelle, and then exhale.

Hold still for a moment. When inhaling, remember the sound 'Ka-hi,' and visualize the seven letters spiraling downwards from the central channel. When they reach the heart chakra, due to the pressure of the upper air, the letters remain with their heads and tails reversed. Due to the power of the fire-wind of the blazing Tummo at the navel chakra, the letters turn their heads upwards, and so on, meditate as before. Second is the transference of speech: Visualize at the center of your body's navel chakra any seed syllable of Vajra Yogini, such as the sound of 'ཨཾ' (Tibetan, ॐ, om, meaning Om). When exhaling, exhale with the sound of the letter 'ཨ' (Tibetan, अ, a, meaning A). Your own mind, in the sound of the letter 'ཨཾ' (Tibetan, ॐ, om, meaning Om), remains at the navel chakra, and then gradually exits from the heart chakra, throat chakra, and the Brahma-randhra at the crown of the head, transferring into the expanse of emptiness, or transferring into the heart of whichever guru and yidam you prefer. Third is the transference of mind: From your own heart chakra, rays of light emanate. Visualize all outer and inner phenomena dissolving into light and absorbing into yourself. Visualize your own body also dissolving into emptiness. In the empty space directly above the navel chakra, your own mind, just the awareness and clarity, gradually moves from above the navel chakra to above the heart chakra, from the heart chakra to above the throat chakra, and from the throat chakra to just above the crown chakra, and then dissolves into the expanse, or transfers into the heart of whichever guru and yidam you prefer. If the visualization is not clear, transform your own mind into the form of light. To ascertain the exact position above the navel chakra, you can place your hands from both the front and back onto the navel chakra, focusing your mind on the tactile sensation. Fourth is the transference of wisdom: If you have the experience of bliss-emptiness directly above the navel chakra, draw upon it and focus on it. If not, simply generate joy towards it, and the method of transference is the same as the transference of mind. With these, the preliminary practice of illusory body, along with its related meanings, is completed. Second, the main practice is clear light, Guru Yoga: Visualize the guru on your crown. Visualize a white bindu with a reddish hue, radiating light, at the guru's heart, and believe that the guru's heart is the nature of the five wisdoms. From that bindu, rays of light emanate. Visualize all outer phenomena as celestial palaces and all inner phenomena as deities. Visualize all of these dissolving into light and absorbing into the guru's body. Pray to realize the clear light of sleep and the special clear light of waking. The guru dissolves into light and absorbs into yourself. Then, you become the yidam.

If the central channel is clear in the middle of the clear body, then visualize a lotus heart in the central channel at the heart center, and four lotus petals on the four sides outside the central channel. If the central channel is not clear, then visualize a four-petaled lotus in the heart center. If the central channel is not clear, then visualize an A-syllable (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) or a blue Hūṃ-syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) with an empty center in the heart of the four-petaled lotus. On the four petals, starting from the east and going clockwise, visualize the four neuter letters ṛ (藏文:རྀ,梵文天城体:ऋ,梵文罗马拟音:ṛ,汉语字面意思:ṛ), ṝ (藏文:རཱྀ,梵文天城体:ॠ,梵文罗马拟音:ṝ,汉语字面意思:ṝ), ḷ (藏文:ལྀ,梵文天城体:ऌ,梵文罗马拟音:ḷ,汉语字面意思:ḷ), ḹ (藏文:ལཱྀ,梵文天城体:ॡ,梵文罗马拟音:ḹ,汉语字面意思:ḹ), and hold the vase breathing. Focus your mind on them. Then focus on the short ṛ-syllable (藏文:རྀ,梵文天城体:ऋ,梵文罗马拟音:ṛ,汉语字面意思:ṛ) in front, and hold the vase breathing three times, etc. Similarly, focus on each of the other three letters one by one, and hold the vase breathing three times, etc. Focus on the central letter for a slightly longer time and hold the vase breathing. Then, the short ṛ-syllable (藏文:རྀ,梵文天城体:ऋ,梵文罗马拟音:ṛ,汉语字面意思:ṛ) in the east dissolves into the long ṝ-syllable (藏文:རཱྀ,梵文天城体:ॠ,梵文罗马拟音:ṝ,汉语字面意思:ṝ) on the right, making it majestic, and the eastern lotus petal becomes empty. Focus on the letter on the right and hold the vase breathing. Similarly, the long ṝ-syllable (藏文:རཱྀ,梵文天城体:ॠ,梵文罗马拟音:ṝ,汉语字面意思:ṝ) dissolves into the short ḷ-syllable (藏文:ལྀ,梵文天城体:ऌ,梵文罗马拟音:ḷ,汉语字面意思:ḷ) in the back, and the short ḷ-syllable (藏文:ལྀ,梵文天城体:ऌ,梵文罗马拟音:ḷ,汉语字面意思:ḷ) dissolves into the long ḹ-syllable (藏文:ལཱྀ,梵文天城体:ॡ,梵文罗马拟音:ḹ,汉语字面意思:ḹ) on the left, and that also dissolves into the central letter, making it majestic and radiant. Focus on it and hold the vase breathing. This is the intermediate method of focusing on the clear light. The condensed method is: In your own heart, if you prefer the seed syllable, visualize a blue Hūṃ-syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) in the center of the four-petaled lotus and focus on it. If you prefer the bindu, visualize a blue bindu radiating light from the melting of the Hūṃ-syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). If you prefer the deity's form, visualize a one-faced, two-armed yidam in the center of the lotus, and focusing on it will lead to the attainment of clear light. The extensive method of focusing on the clear light is: In your own heart, which is visualized as the yidam, visualize the eight-petaled Dharma wheel of the heart chakra facing downwards, and the sixty-four-petaled manifestation wheel of the navel chakra facing upwards. Where the two meet, visualize a A-syllable (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) of the nature of heat in the center of the navel chakra. In the center of the heart chakra, visualize a long Hūṃ-syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), and on the four petals in the directions, visualize Sum (藏文:སུཾ,梵文天城体:सुं,梵文罗马拟音:suṃ,汉语字面意思:Sum), Yum (藏文:ཡུཾ,梵文天城体:युं,梵文罗马拟音:yuṃ,汉语字面意思:Yum), Kṣum (藏文:ཀྵུཾ,梵文天城体:क्षुं,梵文罗马拟音:kṣuṃ,汉语字面意思:Kṣum), and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) in a counterclockwise direction. On the corners, visualize from the northeast in a clockwise direction
