Thus, two hundred years passed in the central region, two hundred years in the south, and one hundred and twenty-nine years were spent residing on the Auspicious Mountain, which seems to be a rough estimate. In any case, my Pandit lamas say that it is counted as half a year for each year. According to the latter account, it is said differently from others, stating that one hundred and seventy-one years were spent on the Auspicious Mountain. From the accomplishment of the elixir, the color of the skin became like that of a jewel. By meditating on the Auspicious Mountain, the first bhumi was attained, and the body was adorned with the thirty-two major marks. The friend of this master, a Brahmin teacher named Supreme Desire, served as the chief advisor to King Delightful Deeds. At that time, one of the king's minor consorts knew a little about phonetics, but the king did not. While playing in the water in the pleasure garden, the king splashed water on her, and she said, "mama uda ka sincha (藏文,梵文天城体:मामोदकासिञ्च,梵文罗马拟音:māmodakāsiñca,汉语字面意思:Do not sprinkle me with water)," which in Tibetan means, "Do not splash water on me." The king, combining it with the local dialect of the south, understood it as, "Please give me a load of beans cooked with sesame oil." From then on, the consort thought that it would be better to die than to live with a king like a bull, so she attempted to commit suicide. The king seized her and made her study phonetics, and she learned well from the Brahmin Supreme Desire. However, since it was not quite complete, it was taken from the teacher Sapta Avarma. The history of the teacher Supreme Desire is as follows: A Brahmin who was very devoted to the Buddha's teachings, the sixth son named Diligence, was a close friend when the noble Nagarjuna was the abbot of Nalanda Monastery, and he lived in the Rara region in the east of Magadha. For twelve years, he recited the mantra of the noble Avalokiteshvara, and finally made a fire offering with the wealth of four hundred thousand gold coins, and the noble Avalokiteshvara appeared in person and asked him what he desired. He replied, "I wish to benefit sentient beings through the eight great siddhis, so I need to command the Great Black One." Avalokiteshvara granted it. From then on, all the vidya-mantras were accomplished as he wished. Each of the eight siddhas, such as Rilu, benefited sentient beings in units of thousands. Those eight thousand siddhas also regarded him as their guru. All the vidyas, without having learned

Self-knowing. Then he went to the western country and lived in a country ruled by a king named Santivahana, who possessed great wealth. There, he also benefited sentient beings through the combination of mantras and tantras. When he arrived in Varanasi, during that time, in the country ruled by a king named Bhimashuka, he also did much for sentient beings, and at that time, he incorporated the story of Kalidasa. Then he went south. King Deje wanted to learn grammar, but he could not find a teacher who was completely proficient in grammar, such as Panini. Having learned that the Naga king Shesha was completely proficient in Panini, the Brahmin Josi summoned him with the power of knowledge mantras, and had him explain all the meanings of Panini extensively with one hundred thousand shlokas, while the teacher was responsible for recording. A curtain was placed between the two of them. When twenty-five thousand shlokas had been written, the teacher thought, "What does his body look like?" So the teacher lifted the curtain and saw a huge snake coiled up. The Naga was also ashamed and fled. From then on, the teacher himself made annotations, which only amounted to twelve thousand shlokas. The combination of these two is known as the grammar taught by the Naga. There, he also extensively explained the fields of knowledge such as grammar. Finally, it is said that the Great Black One carried him on his shoulder and went to the place of Yongzhong Sato at the top of Mount Sumeru. There, King Deje did not believe the annotations made by Josi, so he had the Brahmin Saptavarma practice the six-faced Kumara. After achieving it, (the six-faced Kumara) said, "What do you want?" (Saptavarma) replied, "I want the Indra Grammar." (The six-faced Kumara) merely said "Siddhovarnasamanaya," and he understood all the meanings of grammar. According to the story previously circulated in Tibet, it is said that the first four commentaries of the Kalapa were spoken by the six-faced Kumara. Kalapa is called a collection of parts, and is explained as the meaning of the collection of parts of various colors of peacock tail feathers. But this is not how it is circulated here. The Kalapa was written by Saptavarma himself, and the meaning of the collection of parts is the collection of the parts that are close to what is needed. That is the meaning.

Seeing him, she was happy and acted like a shepherd. Then she realized that he was just a cowherd and that she had been deceived from the beginning. Thinking that if he had wisdom, she should teach him language, but after observing him, she found him to be very dull. Spring Blossom also disliked him and sent him to pick flowers every day. In one part of Magadha, there was a statue of the Black Goddess made by a divine craftsman. Every day, he offered her many flowers, prostrated, and prayed respectfully. One time, when Spring Blossom was worshiping the deity, she sent him to pick Thoranga flowers. One of Spring Blossom's maids, as a joke, chewed betel nut while hiding behind the statue of the Black Goddess. When the cowherd prayed as usual, the maid handed out the half-chewed betel nut, thinking that it was personally given by the goddess, and swallowed it. In that instant, he gained unobstructed wisdom and became a great logician, grammarian, and poet. He held a lotus flower in his right hand and a blue lotus flower in his left hand. The meaning was: although the lotus flower is good, its stem is rough; although the blue lotus flower is small, its stem is soft, which one do you want? So he said, "In my right hand I hold a lotus, and in my left hand I hold the same blue lotus flower. Do you want a soft stem or a rough stem? Choose with your lotus-like eyes!" Therefore, people knew that he had become learned and respected him greatly. He was very respectful to the Black Goddess, so he was called Kalidasa, meaning the servant of the Black Goddess or the slave of the Black Goddess. At that time, he became the jewel in the crown of all poets. He also composed eight messenger poems such as "Cloud Messenger", and many great treatises on poetics such as "The Birth of Kumara". Both he and Saptavarma belonged to the heretical school. In their time, the Arhat Gedun Pel appeared in Li-yul (present-day Hotan area of Xinjiang). In addition, among the teachers of the Vaibhashika school, there were the teacher Miu Tong in Tokharistan, Kunala in Kashmir, Geje in Niwok U, and the teacher Gedun Pel in the eastern region. Among the teachers of the Sutra school, there was the monk Youthful Lotus in the western region, and each of them had countless retinues.

King Harichandra and his retinue transformed into rainbow bodies, so there were no descendants of him, but it was the time when his nephew Akshachandra and his son Jaya Chandra ruled the country. Both of them also worshiped the sacred Dharma, but there is no history of making significant contributions to Buddhism. In the south, King Hari Bhadra and his thousand retinues attained the siddhi of Rilu. From the initial rise of the Mahayana until then, hundreds of thousands of people have attained vidyadharahood. Around that time, the first Kula-Kula religion also appeared. Some say that it occurred in the region of Kashmir, at the time when the monk Balen passed away. Some say that he was a disciple of the monk Kunala. Although he had heard many Sutras, a group called "Unbelieving Youth" appeared. Because they violated the precepts, the Sangha expelled them, and they became very angry. They said that in order to be able to compete with Buddhism, they would create a religion, so they went to the region of Jabushulika in the region of Thogar. They changed their name to Mamata. After changing their clothes, they created the Kula-Kula religion that speaks of violence as religion. They hid and entrusted the abode of the great demon Bishlimilli of the non-divine race. The demons blessed them, and they also accomplished many vidya mantras to win battles. At that time, in the region of Khorasan, a girl of the Brahmin caste picked many flowers every day, piled them up, and offered them to the gods, and also sold them to others. Once, a cat appeared from the middle of the flower pile, merged into her body, and she became pregnant. When the time came, she gave birth to a strong boy. When he grew up, he beat all the children he played with and killed all living beings. The local official banished him to the forest. There, he also beat everyone he met and made some people his servants. He killed the wild beasts and various creatures of the forest. And distributed the meat, bones, and skins to the people. Later, the king learned of this and investigated and asked him. He said: I am not a Brahmin, nor a royal, noble, or commoner, so no one has given me the religion of caste. Therefore, I beat them in anger.
