Homage! The Sadhana of Ekajati: On a lotus and sun disc, from the syllable TAM(藏文:ཊཱཾ་,梵文天城体:ṭāṃ,梵文罗马拟音:tam,汉语字面意思:当) arises, inside a skull cup, on a seat of a human corpse. From the syllable HUM(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音:hum,汉语字面意思:吽) arises oneself as the Bhagavati Ekajati, dark blue, greatly wrathful. Of the four hands, the first two hold a curved knife and a skull cup filled with blood. The lower two hold a sword and an utpala (utpala: Sanskrit, a kind of blue lotus). The breasts are raised upwards. Seated in a posture with the left leg extended. Above the complete attire of a wrathful mother. Adorned with earrings and garlands of flowers. The family lord is Akshobhya. The mantra is: Om Hrim Hrim Hum Phat. The sadhana of Tara in the Chinese style, which is mentioned below, is also the same as what was just said. Some say that because the mantra does not have the syllable OM, a different permission is needed. Others think that whether the syllable OM is present or not is ambiguous, so one permission is sufficient for these two sadhanas. How should it be understood? The praise is: Whose nature is free from wrath, is sufficient. It is the same for other wrathful mothers as well. Homage! The Sadhana of the Noble Tara, the Detoxifying Mother: On a lotus and sun disc, from the syllable JAM(藏文:ཛཱཾ་,梵文天城体:jām,梵文罗马拟音:jam,汉语字面意思:藏) arises oneself.

This is the Yellow Poison-Removing Mother, with three faces, all white-yellow, and possessing three eyes each. She has seven snake heads as ornaments. She is wrathful and smiling. In her three right hands, she holds a vajra, a sword, and an arrow. In her three left hands, she holds a threatening finger with a noose, a poisonous branch with flowers, and a bow. She has a belt adorned with poisonous flowers. She is adorned with silk garments and snakes. She sits in a posture with her left leg extended. Her family lord is Akshobhya. The condensed mantra is: Om Jām Svāhā. It would be best if a pure long mantra appeared, but a pure mantra for this one seems rare. After that, there is a short Dharani Sutra of the Poison-Removing Mother, which has one Dharma category, and does not require separate permission. This is a Kurukulle practice method from the Tantras, according to the tradition composed by Nagarjuna. On a lotus moon disc, from the seed syllable Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrih) arises oneself as Kurukulle, with a red body color, the first right hand granting refuge, the first left hand holding a red Utpala flower, the two rear hands drawing the flower arrow and bow from behind. She has red garments, and blazing red rays of light. In the mountain cave of Kurukulle, above the Kama Deva with his consort, who dwells on the head of Rahu. She sits on a lotus moon disc in either the vajra posture or in a playful posture with her right leg extended. The family lord is Amitabha. The mantra is: Om Kurukulle Hrih Hum Svāhā.

Furthermore, another sādhana of Kurukulle arising from conceptualization is mostly similar to the previous one, except that the first two hands hold a bow and arrow, the latter two hands have the right hand in the gesture of supreme generosity and the left hand holding an utpala flower. Abandoning the seat of Rahu and male and female demons. The mantra is: Om Kurukulle Hrih Svaha. It is not good to mix this with the previous two and make them one. These three Kurukulle are only peaceful goddesses. Furthermore, the sādhana of Kurukulle arising from Oḍiyāna is: In the center of the protective circle arising from Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), the source of phenomena arises from E (Tibetan: ཨེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए, Sanskrit Romanization: e, Chinese literal meaning: source of speech). Within that, from Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: place of origin of the great elements) arises a lotus, and from Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: fire) arises a sun and a seat of a corpse. On top of that, from Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: place of origin of the great elements) arises oneself as Kurukulle, red in color, a great wrathful woman of play, baring her fangs and with three red eyes, yellow hair blazing upwards. The first two hands hold an arrow with a red utpala flower arrowhead and draw a bow of red flowers. The lower right hand holds an iron hook of red flowers, and the lower left hand holds the stem of a red utpala flower in the manner of a lasso. With a lower garment of tiger skin, adorned with the five bone ornaments and a headdress of dry skulls, and a necklace of wet skulls. Standing in a dancing posture with the left leg extended in a half-lotus position, pressing down on the heart of a corpse, residing in the midst of blazing flames. The headdress is Amitabha. The mantra is: Om Kurukulle Hrih Svaha. The sādhana of Kurukulle with a skull cup, which appears below, can also be taken at this time. Thus, there are five Kurukulle sadhanas. In some examples of the "Hundred Sādhanas," there is also a very concise sādhana that is similar in meaning to the latter Kurukulle arising from conceptualization, but with an added mantra, "So-and-so Vasha Manaya." However, there is no practice of empowerment for that nowadays. Furthermore, the sādhana of Avalokiteśvara who subdues the three realms is: On top of a lotus and sun, from Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: place of origin of the great elements) arises oneself as the noble Avalokiteśvara, with a red-colored body, slightly wrathful and with an amorous demeanor, three eyes wide open, a crown of matted hair hanging down, the right hand holding an iron hook, and the left hand holding a vajra lasso, binding the two aspects of the nature of the three realms with the lasso.
