The root face is red and smiling. The right is blue, with the tongue rolled. The left is white, with the upper teeth pressing the lower lip. A vajra, a staff, a gesture of reverence, and a raised arrow are held in the four right hands. A threatening finger, the breasts of the self-arising consort, a lotus, and a raised bow are held in the four left hands. The right leg is bent, the left leg is extended, completely possessing the attire of a wrathful deity. The family lord is Akshobhya. The mantra is: Om Haya Griva Ham Svaha. The Sadhana of the Two-Armed Heruka arising from the Black Yamari Tantra: In the center of the eight great charnel grounds, on a lotus and sun disc, from the syllable Hum arises. Oneself as the glorious Heruka, with a blue-colored body. The right hand brandishes a blazing vajra. The left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood at the heart. An khatvanga staff with a banner is held in the armpit. A playful great wrathful one, with three eyes, reddish-black hair swirling upwards. Biting down on the fangs. Adorned with five bone ornaments and ashes. Wearing a human skin garment, and having a crown and necklace of dry and wet skulls. The praise is: With teeth bared and great terror, Adorned with a garland of mantra flowers, One who fully feasts on great flesh, To Heruka, the glorious one, I bow and praise. Hereafter, for the two sadhanas of the solitary Selfless Mother, one empowerment should be given. That is, from Am on a moon seat, one's self becomes Vajra Nairatmya, her body blue in color. Her right hand brandishes a curved knife, and her left holds a skull cup filled with blood at her heart. In the crook of her arm is a khatvanga, her yellow hair blazing upwards. She is a great wrathful one with three red eyes. She wears a tiger skin as a lower garment, the five seals, a crown of dry skulls, and a necklace of wet skulls. She radiates the light of the moon, and is surrounded by a mass of flames. Her crown ornament is Akshobhya. The mantra is: Om A Ah I I U U Ri Ri Li Li E Ai O Au Am Ah Svaha. The praise is: Seeing beings, women, to be subdued, Whoever has become many selfless yoginis, I bow to the Victorious One who has gone beyond, I bow and praise the mudra of illusion. Now, the sadhana of the venerable Vajrayogini, Vajravarahi: On a red triangle in the center of a circle of fire, on a seat of an eight-petaled red lotus, from the complete transformation of Hrim Ham, arises the Bhagavati Vajravarahi. Her body is red in color. Her right hand brandishes a vajra, and her left holds a skull cup filled with blood at her heart. In the crook of her arm is a khatvanga. She stands on a corpse seat with her left leg extended. Her reddish-brown hair stands on end, and her three eyes gaze with anger. She is adorned with a tiger skin, a garland of heads, the five seals, and a garland of flowers. She dwells in the midst of blazing flames. The lord of the family is Vairochana. The mantra is: Om Vajravarahi Abeshaya Abeshaya Abeshaya Sarva Jvarana Hrih Svaha. And: Om Hrim Hum Ha Svaha. The praise is: Glorious Vajra Dakini, Who turns the wheel of the dakinis, The five wisdoms and the three kayas themselves, I bow to the one who protects beings. Thus it is.
