English

May the root of virtue be dedicated to enlightenment. Purify the torma with the near-heart mantra. Purify with Svabhava. From emptiness, from A, in the vast and spacious skull of wisdom, a mass of five nectars, marked by Hūṃ, Bhrūṃ, Aṃ, Jriṃ, Khaṃ. These dissolve into light, becoming a great ocean of nectar. Bless with the three syllables five times. The light rays from the seed syllable in one's own heart cause the swirling nectar deities, Vajrasamājaḥ. At the end of the heart mantra, Pañcāmṛta Āḥ Hūṃ. Offer three times. Offer from Arghaṃ to Shapta. Utter the terrifying sound of Hūṃ. Praise with etc. Pray for desired aims with offering, generosity, torma, etc. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra. Unprepared and etc. You with sentient beings etc. Accomplish whatever aspiration and auspiciousness. After completing the recitation, practice meditation and writing protective amulets, and the four activities of fire offering for pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and destroying, protecting against hail, restoring life, etc., all the activities that arise from the oral instructions of the previous ones, and also the activities that arise from Guhyasamāja, Māyājāla, Vajrakīla, and also all the activities of the swirling nectar spoken of in the four tantras, one has the authority to accomplish. Since this one is the essence of the Lord of Secrets, it is evident that one also has the authority to accomplish all the activities that arise from the mantra lineage of the Lord of Secrets. In particular, because the recitation of this one has been done beforehand, no matter what other deity is practiced, there will be no interruption in the recitation, accomplishment, and activities of that deity, and it is an unparalleled method for protecting oneself and others from obstacles. The subsequent empowerment and practice of this one are the same as the general ones. King of all wrathful beings, the vidyādhara's supreme method of accomplishment of that one, joy that is extremely difficult to find, the essence has made the letters into a path. This is the section on the method of accomplishing the wrathful destroyer of obstacles. Maṅgalaṃ! Having paid homage to the Wheel of Time, the method of accomplishment for pacifying all diseases. Oṃ Svasti. Undifferentiated, all-pervading, the realm of dharma, bliss-emptiness union, co-emergent body. Having paid homage to the Wheel of Time, I will explain the method of accomplishment for pacifying all diseases. Having preceded with refuge, bodhicitta, and the four immeasurables, contemplate the meaning of the mantra of śūnyatā. In one's own heart, from Paṃ, a lotus, and from A, on top of a moon.

From the radiating light of the white PHREM (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), visualize oneself as the Bhagavati Visvamata, white in color like the light of a moon jewel, possessing a peaceful and alluring demeanor, with one face, two arms, and three eyes. The right hand grants supreme bliss, and the left hand holds the root of a white lotus with the thumb and ring finger at the heart, with a hundred petals blooming near the ears. Adorned with precious ornaments and white silk garments, seated in the vajra posture, radiating moonlight, and wearing a crown of Vajrasattva. On the forehead is OM (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), on the throat is AH (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), on the heart is HUM (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), and on the navel is HOH (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). All the Buddha's sons and daughters, including the nuns, dissolve into the form of wisdom beings, OM VAJRA SAMĀJAḤ HŪṂ VAṂ HOḤ HI (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), becoming inseparable. In short, one can perform the four vajra blessings, or one can omit the wisdom infusion. On the moon in the heart, light radiates from the PHREM (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) syllable surrounded by a mantra garland. Invite all the Buddhas to manifest as forms of Visvamata and dissolve into the seed syllable and mantra garland in the heart. Pacify all diseases, evil spirits, and sufferings of oneself and others, and increase life and merit. OṂ PHREṂ VIŚVA MĀTAḤ VAJRA KAṆḌA KAṂ NĀŚAYA NĀŚAYA MAMA ŚĀNTIṂ KURU KURU SVĀHĀ (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). After reciting as much as possible, offer in the common way up to the offerings, or make the twelve offerings. "Transcending the nature of subtle particles," etc., or praise: "Mother of all Buddhas, free from birth and death, possessing the conduct of Samantabhadra, I prostrate to Visvamata." Dedicate the merit to enlightenment. The subsequent permission for this is: make a mandala of a white lotus with eight petals and clusters, surrounded by offering tormas. The method of practice is the same as usual. Although it is not necessary to offer a single torma, if one follows later practices, one can bless it according to the torma offering ritual of the Kalachakra, or purify it with OṂ ĀḤ HŪṂ HRAḤ PHAṬ (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), cleanse it with SVABHĀVAS (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), and bless it with OṂ ĀḤ HŪṂ HOḤ (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). At the end of the essence, offer it by adding AKĀRO (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). The nature of the subsequent permission is also: the arising and dissolving of the body, the recitation and transmission of speech, and the dissolving of the mind's implements, which are the same as usual. First, Vajradhara and others make requests, and

There are also methods of reciting the confession from other rituals, but it is best to follow the Vajra Power empowerment. The same should be understood for Sahaja Kalachakra, Green Jambhala, and the Garuda of the Kalachakra Tantra system. Because it is clarified in the profoundly famous commentary on the tantra. This is a place of joy for all scholars, so I have briefly written this essence. This is a chapter on the practice of various White Taras. May there be auspicious increase! The method of individually accomplishing the Attendant Mother. Om Svasti! After prostrating to the Lama Yidam worthy of reverence with all things, I will explain the method of individually accomplishing the Attendant Mother as it appears from the Vajra Tent. First, proceed with refuge, bodhicitta, and the four immeasurables, then purify with emptiness. From within emptiness, from the syllable "Pam (藏文,梵文天城体:वཾ,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:邦)" arise various lotuses, and from the syllable "A (藏文,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿)" arise a moon disc, upon which is the white syllable "Tram (藏文,梵文天城体:ट,梵文罗马拟音:ṭa,汉语字面意思:章)" of one's own mind, transforming into oneself as the Attendant Mother, white in color, with one face and two arms, the right hand brandishing a sword, and the left hand holding a white wheel at the heart, seated in a rounded posture, graceful and smiling, adorned with silk and jeweled ornaments. At the forehead is "Om (藏文,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡)," at the throat is "Ah (藏文,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:啊)," and at the heart is "Hum (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)." Light radiates from one's own heart, inviting the wisdom being, Vajrasamaja (藏文,梵文天城体:वज्रसमाजा,梵文罗马拟音:vajrasamāja,汉语字面意思:金刚萨玛扎), JAH HUM BAM HOH (藏文,梵文天城体:जः हुं वं होः,梵文罗马拟音:jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ,汉语字面意思:乍 吽 邦 霍). The empowerment deities speak, "Om Vajri Bhava Abhishincha Hum (藏文,梵文天城体:ओम् वज्रि भव अभिषिञ्च हुं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajri bhava abhiṣiñca hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 金刚 成为 灌顶 吽)," and bestow empowerment. Vairochana adorns the crown. Clearly establish the visualization of radiating and gathering light, and recite, "Om Mani Dhari Vajrini Maha Pratisare Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha (藏文,梵文天城体:ओम् मणि धरि वज्रिणि महा प्रतिसारे हुं हुं फट् फट् स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ maṇi dhari vajriṇi mahā pratisāre hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā,汉语字面意思:嗡 珍宝 持 金刚 大 随行 吽 吽 啪 啪 梭哈)," as much as possible. Finally, visualize countless forms of Manjushri emanating from the sky, benefiting sentient beings, and recite twenty-one times. Pray for desired aims, and dedicate the merit. During the session break, perform a brief offering of torma, similar to the supreme common blessings. Light radiates from one's own heart, inviting the Blessed Mother Attendant Mother with her retinue, Vajrasamaja (藏文,梵文天城体:वज्रसमाजा,梵文罗马拟音:vajrasamāja,汉语字面意思:金刚萨玛扎), Padmakamalaye Tvam (藏文,梵文天城体:पद्मकमलये स्त्वं,梵文罗马拟音:padmakamalaye stvaṃ,汉语字面意思:莲花 卡玛拉耶 斯瓦). Offer three or seven times with "A Karo (藏文,梵文天城体:अकारो,梵文罗马拟音:akāro,汉语字面意思:阿 卡若)" added to the end of the heart mantra. Offer with argham, etc. I prostrate to the Attendant Mother, who has the nature of Vajrasattva, the essence of the wisdom of the dharmadhatu, the light of conch, white lotus, and the moon.
