Machig Palden Remati, To the hundred thousand hosts of attendant demons, I offer the son's puja: Ocean, flowing water, springs, and pools, This great red offering of blood, May it dissolve into the body of the Mother. May the supreme mind be pleased, Grant me the supreme siddhi. OM MAHA KALI REMATI ARGHAM AH HUM. Water-born and land-born flowers, And these flowers of the five senses, To the Mother's head... Supreme mind... Supreme siddhi... OM MAHA KALI REMATI PUSHPE AH HUM. Camphor, musk, saffron, And this smoke of great flesh incense, To the Mother's nose... Supreme mind... Supreme siddhi... OM MAHA KALI REMATI DHUPPE AH HUM. Sun, moon, lightning, and lamps of clarity, And this butter lamp of refined radiance, To the Mother's eyes... Supreme mind... Supreme siddhi... OM MAHA KALI REMATI ALOKE AH HUM. Great blood mixed with poison, And this red nectar of rakta, To the Mother's heart... Supreme mind... Supreme siddhi... OM MAHA KALI REMATI GHANTE AH HUM. Cakes of five flours, And this tender meat with five qualities, To the Mother's tongue... Supreme mind... Supreme siddhi... OM MAHA KALI REMATI NEVITE AH HUM. Piwang, flute, conch shell drum, Mandala cymbals, and leg bone trumpet, To the Mother's ears... Supreme mind... Supreme siddhi... OM MAHA KALI REMATI SHABTA AH HUM. These are the outer offerings. BHOH! Amazing torma, vase, pills, flour offerings, and Inside, lungs, heart, kidneys, And meat, bones, marrow, and fat, I offer to the Mother and her retinue. Ma. To fulfill the commitment of Dharmadhatu, please accept the offering of nectar medicine. Maha Pancha Amrita La Khahi. To Machig and her entourage, another offering is made: the flesh and blood of a ripe human king, the red cinnabar dot of the dead, tree leaves carried by the wind that have not fallen to the ground, ripe fruits from trees, the menstrual blood of a young woman, undiminished white and red bodhicitta, the putrid heart and five senses, the heart of a donkey and the flesh of a prostitute. This five-fold nectar offering is offered to Machig and her entourage. Please accept it for the sake of protecting the teachings. Thus, the offering of the supporting samaya substances is made. Then, to receive the siddhi: Hum Bhyoh! Machig Chenmo and all her entourage, the time has come to bestow siddhis. Please grant the power of siddhi to the son of the Mother. The siddhi of secret wisdom... taming the desire realm... controlling the world... of the five wisdoms... increasing life and merit... of nectar medicine... of the eight great siddhas... of the four actions... Please grant the power of the siddhi of body, speech, and mind. Om Shri Devi Maha Kali Re Mati Kaya Siddhi Om! I myself am unwise, under the power of ignorance, through body, speech, and mind, and root and branch, whatever vows have been broken, damaged, or transgressed, and the lack of clarity in samadhi, distraction, and confusion, and the mantras and mudras that are web-like, with corners missing, and being touched by the shadow of those who have broken their vows, and all that has become diminished essence and leftovers, and the samaya substances and offering substances not gathered in time, and disharmony between master and servant, siblings, and lack of faith, especially Machig, the glorious goddess, through body, speech, and mind, and root and branch, whatever vows have been broken, damaged, or transgressed, I confess to the entourage of Machig, the demoness. 我于黑九幽冥之宫殿中,乃是玛吉拉姆,欲界之主。身着黑色食肉毁灭之装束,深蓝黑色,桀骜不驯,血发飞扬。མཿ,您的身色显现为黑色,是自胜义虚空无生之象征。发辫由右向左盘绕,是母性虚空化现散布之象征。发辫缝隙中火星飞溅,是慈悲化现向十方散布之象征。发辫于头顶盘绕,是誓言意行合一之象征。以干颅鬘装饰头部,是慈悲化现,行持化身事业之象征。将孔雀旗帜置于头上,是分别行持四种事业之象征。右耳侧雄狮傲立,是威慑一切卑贱之象征。左耳侧黑蛇昂首,是不舍嗔恚,于法界清净之象征。耳侧摇动金色铃铛,是供养诸佛之象征。赤红双眼凝视十方,是瑜伽士警惕三有之象征。鼻孔中呼出疾病之蒸汽,是向怨敌降下瘟疫之象征。口中发出猛烈怒吼之声,是吞噬一切誓言物之象征。尖利三棱獠牙紧咬,是享用诛杀境十方之肉之象征。身披广阔兽皮,是与正法真谛相应之象征。身披大象生皮为身赞,是与殊胜大乘之义相应。身缠黑色瑞德编织物,是于此世间具足伟大尊贵。头顶明月皎洁,是无明黑暗于法界清净。脐间旭日东升,是彻底征服有界女王。以虎皮为裙,是显现忿怒之装束。右手挥舞凶猛利剑,是斩断怨敌后代之象征。左手持握盛满鲜血之颅器,是如饮血般饮尽轮回痛苦之象征。腋下夹着装满鼬鼠之袋子,是赐予修行者成就之象征。足部束缚着铁链,是方便与智慧无二之象征。

From the palace of the nine black abysses, I am Machig Lhamo, the chief of the desire realm. Possessing the form of black flesh-eating destruction, dark blue-black, unruly, with blood-red hair flying. མཿ, your body color appears as black, a symbol of being unborn from the ultimate void. The braids coiled from right to left are a symbol of the emanation and distribution of the motherly space. Sparks flying from the gaps in the braids are a symbol of the compassionate emanation spreading in all ten directions. The braids coiled on the crown of the head are a symbol of the unity of vows, intentions, and actions. Adorning the head with a garland of dry skulls is a symbol of compassionate emanation, performing the deeds of the incarnate body. Placing the peacock banner on the head is a symbol of performing the four activities separately. On the right ear, a lion stands proudly, a symbol of subduing all the lowly. On the left ear, a black snake raises its head, a symbol of not abandoning hatred, purifying it in the Dharmadhatu. The golden bell ringing on the ear is a symbol of serving all the Buddhas. Red eyes gazing in all ten directions are a symbol of the yogi guarding the three realms. Steam of disease exhaling from the nostrils is a symbol of inflicting plagues on enemies. A fierce roar emanating from the mouth is a symbol of devouring all samaya substances. Sharp, three-pointed fangs clenched tightly are a symbol of enjoying the flesh of the ten directions of the field of subjugation. Wearing a vast animal skin is a symbol of being in accordance with the true nature of Dharma. Wearing a fresh elephant skin as body praise is in accordance with the meaning of the supreme Mahayana. Wrapping a black re-de woven cloth is possessing great nobility in this world. The bright moon shining on the crown of the head is the darkness of ignorance purified in the Dharmadhatu. The rising sun in the center of the navel is completely conquering the queen of existence. Wearing a tiger skin as a skirt is a manifestation of a wrathful form. The right hand wielding a fierce sword is a symbol of cutting off the lineage of enemies and obstacles from the root. The left hand holding a skull cup filled with blood is a symbol of drinking the suffering of samsara like blood. The armpit holding a bag full of weasels is a symbol of bestowing accomplishments on practitioners. The feet bound by iron chains of power are a symbol of the inseparability of skillful means and wisdom.

To represent the symbol of the essence of truth, decorate with butter-drawn patterns; To represent the symbol of compassion, decorate with red blood drops; To represent the symbol of taming activity, smear with ashes. Being surrounded by hundreds of thousands of Mamo retinues is a symbol of performing activities extensively in the three thousand worlds. Bhyo! From Machig's mouth, flames burn and dry up the ocean; By throwing the vajra in her hand, Mount Meru is shattered into pieces; I praise you with a devout heart, Goddess! Bhyo! Glorious Goddess, you are mighty! Dharma-protecting Queen, inexhaustible one! Mistress of the secret realm, Vajra Dakini! I prostrate and praise the mother who protects the teachings! I prostrate and praise the mother who expands the teachings! I prostrate and praise the mother who grants accomplishments! I prostrate and praise the mother who accomplishes activities! I prostrate and praise the mother who subdues enemy demons! Thus, praise. Then, perform the recitation: Visualize that around the Hum (藏文,हूँ,hūṃ,seed syllable) at the heart of your own Yidam, the mantra of the Yidam revolves clockwise, and around that, the mantra of the Goddess revolves. At the heart of the Goddess, on top of a sun disc, visualize the mantra starting with Bhyo (藏文,भ्यो,bhyoḥ,exclamation) revolving counterclockwise. Recite the mantra, visualizing that light radiates from your heart, enters the Goddess's mouth, and touches the mantra chain at her heart. Then, light radiates from the mantra chain, extracting the essence of the mantra from the Goddess's mouth. It enters your own mouth, and visualize the mantra chain at your heart revolving clockwise. Then, light radiates from there, enters the central channel, and descends into the secret vajra place. Entering the Mamo's lotus, offer various offerings, making her pleased and satisfied, and visualize yourself possessing power and ability. Visualize the light returning from the heart and mouth, entering the mouths of all the Buddhas, and granting various accomplishments.
