Listen, all you kings! Having severed heads as signs and symbols, if I invoke auspicious yoga, grant accomplishments like a wish-fulfilling jewel. Assembly of evil-natured flesh-eaters, partake of human flesh, elephant flesh, and so forth. To all blood-drinking Rakshasis, drink the warm blood of the slain enemy. Partake, drink the blood of the foe! All you great emanated messengers, partake of skull, bone, shinbone, grain, ghee, and blood, mixed with alcohol and amrita, the supreme substance accomplished through magical power. Precious, wicked women, partake of abundant flesh, excrement, urine, semen, and blood. Partake of these blazing samaya substances, please avert my epidemic diseases, and inflict the epidemic upon the target. Wicked worldly women, partake of dance, song, and offering, seize the target with grace and power. Lost youthful demonesses, this is the command of the great yogi, partake of the offering of mantra sounds, reduce the target's corpse to dust. Listen, all you with perverse desires! If one fully recognizes everything in its true state, whatever great or small actions are done, one will not be subject to duality. Accomplish this work of me, the yogi. Listen, all you who rely on secret words! Offerings of excrement, urine, blood, and wash water, exist in hundreds or thousands of places. If the lingam is cut, the Buddha will be destroyed. Partake of these samaya substance offerings, and accomplish the entrusted tasks. Great, wicked lord, emanation of Vajrasattva, wrathful king, great Gying, called lord, king of demons. I, the great yogi, praise you, and offer substances suitable to you. In the past good aeon, the wise took vows and broke them, past vidyadharas have accomplished, now I, the yogi, am accomplishing. On top of the Bamri skull castle, raise the black banner, making the sound "puru puru," black weapons fall like rain, black demon birds soar and swoop, completing the decorations of many charnel grounds. From the mouth that bares fangs and opens wide in terror, emanations of wrathful deities, male and female, arise. Male and female Rakshasas make guttural sounds, male and female Yakshas roar like thunder, flesh-eating mothers flash like lightning.
