Sha! Since the fire of the three poisons is devoid of moisture, and suffering dwells in a dry place, may the stream of compassion fall upon me. The great fire of the fiercely changing hells blazes; may it be cooled by self-arising moisture. Guru Vajradhara, the deity, you are the deity of deities, I prostrate to you. From the beginning of time, beings bound by the body, may they be separated from the vessel of the elements and possess a body of clear, stainless light. Those bound by speech, may the stories of delusion be exhausted, and may they possess meaning that cannot be expressed. Bound by the unchanging thoughts of the mind, from the clear vision of non-thought, may the scattering and gathering of thoughts be cut off. Thus, may the body, speech, and mind be blessed, and may the fruit of the three kayas reach its full measure. Thus it was said. By praying in this way three times during the day and three times during the night, the blessings of body, speech, and mind, which are beyond words, arise at the crown of one's head. Below is the moon, and above is the sun, the two are like a gau box joined together, inside which is the letter A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿). From that, immeasurable light radiates, and one invites one's guru to the crown of one's head. The guru sits on the seat in a half-lotus posture, and one prays to him. The guru dissolves into the essence of bliss, and from the big toe of his right foot, a bodhicitta drop, about the size of a pea gau box, as small as a mustard seed, gradually emerges and dissolves into the crown of the head, purifying the sins of the body, and the body dissolves into the essence of bliss. Then, when it reaches the throat, the body, speech, and mind all dissolve into the essence of bliss, and one should keep the mind of wisdom in the place where bliss greatly increases. At this time, one should keep in mind that all sentient beings, just like oneself, are also in that state. By doing this three times during the day and three times during the night, there is no doubt that the guru's blessings will actually come. In this way, in this world, all good things will be accomplished, and all bad things will be abandoned. In the future, by perfecting the two accumulations, the two kayas will be accomplished. From the Vajra Amrita Source Tantra: More excellent is meditating on the guru's form than meditating on hundreds of thousands of deity forms; therefore, this form of the guru is very precious; it is the supreme preliminary practice for meditating on the completion stage. Also, from the Great Array: Even if one meditates on the form of a yidam deity, if one does not turn one's attention to the guru's form, even for hundreds of thousands of kalpas,
