In the language of India: བྷུ་དྷ་དྷེ་ཀ་ར་ཨེ་ཀ (Sanskrit Devanagari: बुद्ध धे कर एक，Sanskrit Romanization: Buddha dhe kara eka, Buddha, wisdom, act, one). In the Tibetan language: The First Post-Mortem Deed of the Buddha. ཨེ་ཨེ་ཨེ་མ་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ༔ The precursor of body, speech, and mind, one should diligently practice. With the ritual of settling, one should restore them to their respective places. By doing so, one touches the conduct of the Buddha. The body should not deviate from the seated posture. Speech should sever the stream of speaking. The mind should not be separated from the object of focus. By this, one touches the truth of the Buddha. ཨཐྎ༔ ཀྱེ་མ་ཀྱེ་མ་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ༔ One should harmonize the key points of the gate, the realm, and the wind-mind. By this, one touches the actual nature of reality. Son of the lineage! Therein, the nature of appearance will transform into all phenomena. By this, one becomes proficient in the nature of reality. Thus, in the realm of the Thirty-Three, in the garden of the youthful physician, when Vajradhara demonstrated the manner of complete passing into nirvana, the emanation Garab Dorje uttered a lament of grief: ཀྱེ་མ་ཀྱི་ཧུད་ཀྱེ་མ་ཀློང༔ Alas, alas, alas, emptiness! If the light of the teacher's lamp fades, who will dispel the darkness of the world? As he spoke, from within the mass of light, showing the right elbow downwards, a jewel crystal bowl, filled with mustard seeds, fell upon the crown of Garab Dorje's head and into his palms. When it was opened, written on lapis lazuli with the essence of blue beryl, it descended, and Garab Dorje thereby gained the confidence of realization.
