There is no doubt that he will be liberated. The tying and liberation of the Great Thigle is, On the dark blue bark, with a little extra measure, With silver or vermilion, the outer circumference is, Circled like a small Thigle pattern. In the center, write a five-pronged Vajra, The outer layer encircles the five wisdoms, The essence should be written with gold. The gathering of tying and liberation is the Great Thigle, Manifest in the expanse of the wisdom of the three realms. Extracted from the heart of Vajrasattva, I, Garab Dorje, have understood. To consecrate it supremely is, To do it on the eighth day, the auspicious gathering time, Or in the month of a thousand. On the mandala of the Great Thigle, Arranging heaps of barley grains, Generate the Guru, the five families, Father and Mother. Offer the Tsok and Torma offerings, Throw the obstacle-dispelling Torma and pray. The essence of the Great Thigle, Recite one hundred or twenty-one times. Speak auspicious words and scatter flowers. From the gathering of Buddhas of the ten directions, Visualize the ball of five lights of tying and liberation, Which is the heap of the five families themselves. This is the supreme consecration. Then that fortunate one, Should seek one hundred and eight prostrations, And offer the golden Mandala nine times. Place the Tantra and Thigle on the crown of the head, From which light arises, filling the vessel and contents. With these words, pray for empowerment. By the only son of all the Buddhas, I, named so-and-so, Pray to bless the body, pray to ripen, pray to liberate, pray to fill, pray to increase greatly, pray to expand, pray to bless inseparably with the body of all the Buddhas.

Since whatever virtue is done after wearing this will increase beyond expression, it is crucial to dedicate the accomplished virtuous deeds to the benefit of sentient beings. Even if sins are accumulated after wearing this, they will increase beyond expression, so it is very important to be extremely cautious. The one who has the fortune to have this with them should be regarded as a stupa where all the Buddhas gather. Sometimes a pleasant fragrance will also emanate. This is because gods and dakinis come to make offerings, so the tantra should be recited. Extremely secret instructions.
