The precious qualities of the Three Jewels, dispelling the darkness of samsara, producing the essence of happiness, the seven treasures of necessary offerings are complete, may I use the wish-fulfilling precious jewel. The precious jewel that produces what is needed and desired, in accordance with the minds of all beings, possessing the perfection of great qualities, the nineteenth auspiciousness of wish-fulfilling power. མ་ཎི་རཏྣ་ཨ་བྷི༴ Fifth, the minister. The precious queen of a universal monarch is born into a royal family, beautiful in form, pleasing to behold, surpassing human appearance. Similarly, through the empowerment of the precious queen, one gains mastery over the peaceful Dharma of meditative absorption, the supreme empowerment of completely purifying the realm of activity beyond the world. In order to protect sentient beings with the ten perfections, the precious queen who holds wisdom, with the four means of gathering and the four immeasurables, may one enjoy life, wealth, and all powers. A goddess emanated from the realm of wisdom, is the queen who accomplishes the necessary purposes. Through the power of aspiration, strength, and connection, this is the twenty-first auspiciousness of the empowerment. Vati Ratna Abhi... Seventh, the general. The precious general of a universal monarch is wise, brave, skilled in the methods of warfare that suppress the enemy's forces, able to destroy hostile forces but does not harm others.
