The wish-fulfilling jewel, the appearance of beautiful colors. The fourth auspicious empowerment of the ocean. Fifth, the Earth. Previously, when the Blessed One was dwelling near the Vajra Throne, the glorious Vajrapani was empowered with the empowerment of the great Earth, and thus received the supreme empowerment of auspiciousness and blessing. Similarly, by the empowerment of the Earth, may you receive the supreme empowerment of auspiciousness and blessing of the place. An excellent and sacred place of utmost solitude. Where many flowers and fragrances grow. Completely perfect, complete with all qualities. May it be a place of solitude, auspiciousness, and abundance. A place adorned with beautiful and delightful flowers. Auspicious and melodious, with various bird songs. Endowed with all qualities, blessed by the Teacher. Previously, when the Blessed One was dwelling in Varanasi, the glorious Vajrapani was empowered with the nectar water, and thus received the empowerment of no birth and death. Similarly, by the empowerment of the nectar vase water, may you receive the supreme empowerment of the indestructible body of no birth and death. The stream of nectar water is the supreme nourishment for beings. It eliminates all afflictions, suffering, and diseases. The supreme nectar water that purifies ignorance. May you attain the pure body of no birth and death. The ornament on the vase is the wish-fulfilling tree. By pouring all the empowerment vase water. Please grant this sacred nectar here. Possessing great dominion over the kingdom of Dharma, eliminating all ignorance and darkness, and for the sake of liberating all of Indra's wisdom, may you understand and proclaim all the Dharmas. The soft and pleasant to the touch silk strainer, with seven different colors, is exceedingly beautiful. A delightful and well-adorned auspicious object, fluttering gently, is the seventh auspicious object of empowerment. Eighth, the throne. In the past, when the Bhagavan turned the wheel of Dharma for Indra in the abode of the Thirty-Three, he sat upon a precious throne that was offered, and thus he understood and proclaimed the lineage of Dharma knowledge. Similarly, by bestowing the empowerment of the precious throne, may you obtain the supreme empowerment to understand and proclaim without error. Upon the precious golden throne, by proclaiming the great sound of Dharma, liberate beings from their ignorance. May you understand and proclaim all the Dharmas. The golden throne that supports the four immeasurables, complete with a collection of qualities, adorned with various jewels, fulfilling the inexhaustible needs and desires of beings. The supreme throne is the eighth auspicious object of empowerment. Ninth, the flower. In the past, when the Bhagavan turned the wheel of Dharma, Indra offered a bouquet of flowers, which became the supreme means of liberating and attracting sentient beings from samsara. Similarly, by bestowing the empowerment of the bouquet of flowers, may you obtain the supreme empowerment to generate renunciation from samsara and become a beautiful ornament. This sacred flower of beautiful suffering, with colors unmixed and each distinct, is the supreme place worthy of being seen by all sentient beings. May you obtain the supreme of beautiful ornaments. Likewise, through the empowerment of the whisk, may you obtain the supreme empowerment endowed with the radiance of great joy! May pleasant sounds be proclaimed swiftly, and may all defilements of afflictive emotions be completely removed. May all beings quickly attain the wisdom of understanding, and may they be endowed with auspicious and supreme radiance! Although the Victorious One's body is not tainted by faults, this whisk, which is pure and to be cleansed, completely purifies the impurities of the body. This is the tenth auspiciousness of the whisk empowerment. Eleventh, the dust-removing whisk. In the past, when the Bhagavan resided in Rajagriha, the son of the Thirty-Three Gods, All-Illuminating Radiance, whisked away dust with a dust-removing whisk, thereby realizing the meaning of the Dharma-nature being untainted by faults. Likewise, through the empowerment of the heavenly dust-removing whisk, may you obtain the supreme empowerment to enter the meaning of the profound Dharma-nature! May all afflictive emotions be completely wiped away, and may it be a place where all Sugatas of the three times reside. In order to eliminate the defilements of habitual faults, may you enter the meaning of the profound Dharma-nature! Although the Victorious One's body has no impurities, in order to eliminate the habitual tendencies of wrong views, the body is wiped with auspicious and pure substances. This is the eleventh auspiciousness of the dust-removing whisk empowerment. Twelfth, the fly-whisk. In the past, when the Bhagavan resided in a forest monastery, a son of the Thirty-Three Gods fanned with a fly-whisk, thereby being liberated from the fault of clinging to sentient beings. Likewise, through the empowerment of the heavenly fly-whisk, may you obtain the supreme empowerment to be liberated from the fault of clinging! In order to eliminate the ignorance of afflicted sentient beings, to attain the state of liberation as a result, and to circle before the Sugata, may the defilements of the fault of clinging be purified! For the great ascetic who abides in meditation, in order to eliminate the images of harmful creatures, and in order to circumambulate the relics of the Victorious One with the whisk, this is the twelfth auspiciousness of the fly-whisk empowerment. Thirteenth, the banner. In the past, when the Bhagavan resided in Rajagriha, the fourfold assembly raised banners, pacifying the suffering of afflictive emotions.

In the past, when the Bhagavan turned the wheel of Dharma on Vulture Peak Mountain, the four assemblies erected a great victory banner, and thus the great qualities did not diminish. Likewise, by bestowing the victory banner empowerment, may you obtain the power of undiminishing great qualities. The spontaneously accomplished, realized, and perfected victory banner. There is no time of diminishing, there is no time of exhaustion. The supreme quality, surpassing all others. May the great qualities not diminish. Glorious and beautiful, it is the adornment of the entire world. It destroys the power of demons and heretics. Inseparable from the body of the Victorious One. The auspicious fourteenth of the victory banner empowerment. Fifteenth, the umbrella. In the past, when the Bhagavan went to the pleasure garden, the four assemblies covered him with an umbrella to protect him from the heat, and thus the suffering of the heat was pacified. Likewise, by bestowing the umbrella empowerment, may you obtain the supreme power to pacify all the suffering of afflictive emotions. The umbrella eliminates all the suffering of heat. The supreme and sacred cool and refreshing umbrella. It is the nourishment for pacifying the heat of afflictions of beings. May it eliminate the suffering of epidemics, diseases, and heat.
