Like the blessing of the inner offering that increases between ru ku ru svāhā, perform the blessing of the torma. Recite Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hoḥ Haṃ Kṣa three times or as appropriate, and just contemplate the completion of the maṇḍala, dharma origin, and bindu. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrāḥ Phaṭ. Oṃ Svabhāva Śuddhāḥ Sarva Dharmāḥ Svabhāva Śuddho'haṃ. From the state of emptiness, the dharma arises in the realm of space, transformed from stacked letters, arising from the successively stacked Mount Meru, upon which the maṇḍalas of mind, speech, and body of all the Buddhas are complete with all characteristics, radiating infinite rays of wisdom in all directions, like rainbows, reflections in mirrors, and the eight auspicious symbols, appearing but without inherent existence. The individual appearances of one's own mind are indestructible, transcending the nature of atoms, clear and without obscurations, luminous both inside and out, complete with all characteristics, adorned with various ornaments and supremely beautiful, in the center on the heart of various lotuses, there are the circles of the sun, moon, and eclipse, etc., and all places are adorned with the seats of the deities. Upon the seats, the Bhagavan Glorious Kālacakra father and mother, the ten power goddesses, the ten Tathāgata fathers and mothers, the twelve Bodhisattva fathers and mothers, the eight wrathful deities and wrathful mothers, the twelve Dhāraṇī goddesses, and the assembly of deities of the mind maṇḍala. The eight yoginīs with their consorts, surrounded by sixty-four yoginīs, and the thirty-six desire goddesses, the assembly of deities of the speech maṇḍala. The twelve great gods, each with their wisdom mothers. The twenty-eight goddesses residing on the lotus petals, surrounded by twenty-eight goddesses. The assembly of three hundred and sixty dharma deities. The six gate-guarding wrathful kings, each with their consorts. Outside, the thirty-six desire goddesses. The ten great nāga kings with their wisdom mothers. Those residing in the immeasurable palace of the body maṇḍala. The ten fierce goddesses residing in the charnel ground wheel with their consorts. The hundreds of thousands and half a billion bhūtas residing in the wind maṇḍala, etc., all instantly accomplished, are the lords of emptiness and compassion, fearless of birth and death in the three realms.

From "Pā'i dngos" to "May the three realms be filled with joy!" recite the great praise while visualizing the deities clearly. Then bless the offerings, similar to blessing the place and utensils above, but omitting the words for generating the place. The only difference is saying, "From emptiness, a twelve-finger-wide crystal vessel," and so on. Then, invite the guests for the offerings and make the offerings: Rays of light emanate from one's heart. From the state of self-nature, invite all the gurus, yidams, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas to the place of offering. Now offering excellent things, The pleasant fragrance moved by the wind pervades the sky, Incense that is both innate and compounded, And blooming flowers such as lotuses and water lilies. Unspoiled sugar cane fruits ripen, Supreme medicines, grains, and various seeds, Collections of light such as the sun, moon, and jewels, Divine food with a hundred flavors of nectar, And the supreme silk of the gods, Kancalika. By offering the ten types of offerings, may we attain the ten bhumis, May we attain the ten mandalas free from obscurations. Just as the Buddhas of the past, Possessed auspicious symbols, swastikas, and endless knots, For the sake of virtuous meaning, Likewise, I also offer and present. Just as the Buddhas of the past, The golden wheel with its circumference, As offered by the great Brahma, Likewise, I also offer and present. Just as the Buddhas of the past, The white lotus unstained by the flaws of petals, Is offered, Likewise, I also offer and present. Just as the Buddhas of the past, The victory banner of Dharma that conquers the maras of afflictions, Is offered, Likewise, I also offer and present.
