Primarily based on the Kangyur and Tengyur, it consists of sacred Dharma treatises dominated by the views and practices of Buddhism. Apart from that, in terms of Tibetan indigenous terminology culture such as grammar and poetry, it also has a great influence and style of Buddhist scriptures. Among them, due to the immediate needs, the main scope of the books we are making into e-books is focused on the latter category. By the way, modern newly created books are also being made into e-books. As mentioned above, all these precious collections of scriptures in the Tibetan snow region are composed of the combination of thirty consonants and four vowels of the Tibetan alphabet. The content is directly or indirectly inclined to the view of dependent origination and the behavior of non-harming, forming a large collection of books with special value and characteristics not found in other regions. Just as many scholars in the East and West, with a fair mind and long-term vision, place their hope in this precious Buddhism for the noble rational theory of controlling the arising and ceasing of the external world and the internal human behavior. Among them, the trend of studying the complete Tibetan Buddhism including the Greater and Lesser Vehicles and Mantras, and increasing trust year by year, shows that the Tibetan culture itself has become an undeniable treasure worthy of ownership in relation to a wider space and time. This is by no means a trivial matter. Similarly, many new era Tibetan literature books should also be recognized as an undeniable driving force for the progress of inheritance, restoration, and meeting new needs in the cultural undertakings of the Tibetan snow region. Therefore, our Jonang Lungga Monastery, Pal Ngedon Mingyur Dechen Ling Dodjung Norbu Literature Editorial Office, as mentioned above, is producing and disseminating e-books of Tibetan scriptures.

Hoping to provide excellent services in finding and viewing books for those who are interested in vast fields, and also hoping to contribute to Tibetan culture and precious Buddhism. However, due to lack of experience and skills on the one hand, and limited staff and working hours on the other, especially due to the lack of knowledge necessary for serving the scriptures, it is certain that there are not a few errors of omission, addition, and mistakes in our published e-books. Hereby, we sincerely apologize to all knowledgeable and impartial people and those who are dedicated to the Tibetan cultural cause. At the same time, we earnestly request the vast number of scholars to offer criticisms aimed at errors, suggestions that are beneficial to improvement, and practical guidance for our e-book library's work. Finally, through this and similar means, through the power of all virtuous deeds done and to be done in the past, present, and future, may the holy beings who uphold the teachings have long lives and may their activities be in accordance with the Dharma. May the essence of the immaculate sutras and tantras be practiced by an unbroken lineage of scholars and accomplished ones, so that the greatness of the precious teachings may be manifestly revealed on earth. May the Jonang tradition, exemplified by Kalachakra, and all the great traditions that accord with the wishes of all Buddhas of the three times, flourish and develop in all places, times, and circumstances in accordance with karma, aspiration, dependent origination, disposition, and inclination, thereby continuously bestowing immense temporary and ultimate benefits upon all sentient beings without discrimination. As it is said: "By the sound of the great Dharma drum, may the suffering of sentient beings be ended, and may they teach the Dharma and abide for countless eons." May this sublime aspiration be fulfilled.
