If it is done to beings who have not become the field of liberation, the samaya of Mahakala will be violated, and the practitioner himself will be harmed. The Bhagavan taught thus. The tantra of Mahakala, in the black charnel ground, the twelfth chapter of guarding the samaya. The Bhagavan declared thus, and Mahakala and his retinue and lord rejoiced.
