念诵一百零八遍，置于坛城中，冰雹、风、冰雹云全部被束缚。时时令龙族降下雨水。凡龙见到身体影像之处，对花、叶、果实，谁也不加损害。不会完全毁灭。即使在家里见到影像，一切都会燃烧殆尽。如果想要摧毁所有敌人，就将七种种子与白芥子混合，与芥菜籽混合，再与黑盐混合，制作他的名字的形象，念诵一百零八遍后，放入提札（梵文天城体：Tīkṣṇa，梵文罗马拟音：tīkṣṇa，汉语字面意思：锐利）的心脏中。无论将谁的名字放入，他的怨恨、不顺从、愤怒、争斗，那些全部都会平息。被控制后前来寻求庇护。像奴隶一样地待着。如果想要驱逐，用火供的灰烬撒播，七天就能驱逐。如果想要杀死，用八指高的紫檀木橛子，念诵一百零八遍咒语，刺入心脏，放在山顶上，名为“空”者，三天内就会死亡。如果插在寺庙里，一切都会燃烧。如果想要驱逐，想要摧毁村庄，就用两指长的铁橛子，念诵金刚炽燃之眼忿怒咒语一千零八遍，插在村庄的门、王宫的门或寺庙的门上，村庄或城市一旦被插上，立刻就会分裂成五十块碎片，变成废墟。用这个方法对所有造成损害的事物进行处理，都会成熟。如果插在墓地里，所有夜叉、罗刹、生灵、饿鬼、夜叉的住所都会变成粉末，完全毁灭。如果插在有龙的湖里，所有龙的住所都会被摧毁。此外，还能如意地完成无数事业。之后，夜叉军团的大首领金刚手对龙王索玛梅说道：龙王，你要逃到哪里去？

Having recited it one hundred and eight times, placing it in the mandala, all hail, wind, and hail clouds will be bound. At all times, the nagas will cause a stream of rain to fall. Wherever a naga sees the image of its body, it will not harm any of the flowers, leaves, or fruits. It will not completely destroy them. Even if the image is seen in a house, everything will be burned and scattered. However, if you wish to destroy all enemies, mix seven seeds with white mustard, mix with mustard seeds, then mix with black salt, make an image of his name, recite it one hundred and eight times, and insert it into the heart of Tīkṣṇa (藏文：ཏི་ཙ་，梵文天城体：Tīkṣṇa，梵文罗马拟音：tīkṣṇa，汉语字面意思：Sharp)。Whose name is inserted, all his hatred, disobedience, anger, and strife will be pacified. Having been controlled, he will come for refuge. He will stay like a slave. However, if you want to expel him, scatter the ashes of the homa, and he will be expelled in seven days. However, if you want to kill him, make a purple sandalwood stake eight fingers in length, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times, stab it into the heart, and place it on the top of a mountain, the one named 'Kong' will die within three days. If it is planted in a temple, everything will be burned. However, if you want to expel or destroy a village, make an iron stake two fingers in length, recite the wrathful mantra of Vajra's blazing eye one thousand and eight times, and plant it at the gate of the village, the gate of the royal palace, or the gate of the temple. As soon as the village or city is planted, it will immediately be split into fifty pieces and become ruins. By doing this to all things that cause harm, it will ripen. If it is planted in a cemetery, all the abodes of yakshas, rakshasas, bhutas, pretas, and yakshas will be turned to powder and completely destroyed. If it is planted in a lake where there are nagas, all the abodes of the nagas will be destroyed. Furthermore, countless activities will be accomplished as desired. Then, the great commander of the yaksha host, Vajrapani, said to the naga king Sogmame: Naga king, where are you fleeing to?

Having spoken thus, the Naga king Sogma Me became wrathful, desiring to cast down a great vajra. Then, in order to expound the essence mandala of the king of wrath, the great yaksha commander Vajrapani, who destroys all nagas, desiring to eliminate all the untamed, to destroy all enemies, to eliminate wind, hail, and all black clouds, he spoke: Namo Ratna Trayaya. The great yaksha commander Vajrapani, in order to destroy the lives of all those who make the nagas fear death in the mandala of the great wrathful one, as soon as he spoke, the mountains, rocks, forests, houses, and gardens shook in six ways. The nagas also trembled and were burned. Then, the Naga king Sogma Me, feeling fear, separated from anger, lost his mind, his body trembled, sweat appeared on his body, and feeling ashamed from his heart, he touched the feet of the Bhagavan with his head, and thus he begged forgiveness from the Bhagavan, begged forgiveness. Please do not destroy my life. We did not know that we would do harmful things. What the Bhagavan Vajrapani said was: Listen to the great power, fierceness, violence, and terror of the great wrathful one.
