Nāga Samaya Vitakarma Tantra Sāgarāya. In Tibetan: A summary of the outer actions of the Nāga Vow Tantra. To the king who liberates all, and to the Nāga assembly. I prostrate with the name 'Nāma', and thus I shall speak. As I, at the time of hearing and contemplating. Four great wondrous oceans descend. Converging in the western palace ocean. The place where fierce, venomous dragons reside. The place where their arrogance is subdued. This one, untamed by all, is praised. Vajrapani is extremely wrathful. Transforming greatly in this manner. With the pride of blazing golden eyes. Transforming again and again. Unconquerable, with fierce pride. All those venomous dragons were subdued. Thus, after subduing the venomous ones. The dragons of the four lineages. Speak thus, most beautifully. Eho, the form of Vajra is beautiful. The extremely terrifying Vajra. An especially supreme emanation. Possessing the splendor of blazing golden eyes. Adorned with wish-fulfilling jewels on the head. Possessing wisdom and skillful means, wings outstretched. Raising claws possessing supreme skillful means. Eho, the upper body is the great and supreme basis of auspiciousness. The lower body is adorned with a garland of snakes. Three skull garlands rustling. Especially skilled, surpassing others. I have not seen another like you. Surpassing all fierce attire. You are the deity of the vows of sentient beings. Fierce one, I will act according to your command. Thus, with harmonious speech. Abiding, emerging outwards. This gesture of the vows. Speaking and entwining around the body. Nāga Rudra Pāṇi Ga Para Pati Svāhā. (藏文，梵文天城体，nāga rudra pāṇi ga para pa ti svāhā，Dragon, Rudra, Hand, Ga, Para, Pati, Svāhā) Thereafter, the one with blazing golden eyes. Displaying this fierce pride. For the purpose of subduing. Displaying the vow mudra greatly. Both thumbs pointing inwards. Extending outwards in the manner of wings. Reciting the wrathful pride mantra. Ta Ki Ja Ṭe Byi Jñā Te Hū Ya Hū Ya. Hū Lu Hū Lu Ru Te Svāhā. 安住于彼方便，如是而行： 于大洋中心安住， 如须弥山宝塔之形， 以如意树之叶装饰宝瓶。 蛇纹如丝绸般美丽， 以四族之饰品严饰。 四门之柱甚为坚固， 其下以蛇严饰， 具足旁生之受用。 其宝瓶之内部， 有金眼闪耀者。 安住于彼方便，如是而行： 光辉无尽之持螺者， 及具足财富之甘波等， 欢喜、持地、不热恼。 四族龙之主尊有八， 缠绕于身而安住。 以鸟、莲花等化身之饰品， 丝绸及莲花之饰品， 光辉母及持螺母， 龙女四族等， 彼等皆安住于彼方便。 《龙之誓言续》之后续中，绪论之第一品。 此后宣说龙之誓言之修法。 坛城等分悦意， 以五种牛乳涂抹， 即四方与中央为五。 为加持彼之故， 五种（藏文：ཨོྂ་，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）与（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），（藏文：ཧཱུྂ་，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），（藏文：སྭཱཧཱ་，梵文天城体：स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：svāhā，汉语字面意思：梭哈）。 以手印加持， 自观为本尊， 为成就一切之故， 于自身顶上观想（藏文：ཨོྂ་，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），以五智灌顶。 此后绘制坛城， 八辐轮具轮缘， 绘制缺角及门等。 中心为心，轮为白色， 轮缘为红色，缺角为绿色， 门为黄色，门即各族。 如是布置颜色， 于中央亦书写心咒（藏文：ཧཱུྂ་，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。 于八轮书写根本咒， 于辐侧书写其名。 于努巴、普巴、缺角处， 于门上书写萨、达、斯、嘎。 从东方开始依次书写， 此乃常念诵之咒， 名为九字咒。 （藏文：ཧཱུྂ་ནཱ་ག་རཱ་ཛ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཞིག་ཙིཏྟ་ཛྭ་ལ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：हूँ नागराज समय ज चगेमो झिक चित्त ज्वालय，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ nāgarāja samaya ja ce ge mo jhika citta jvālaya，汉语字面意思：吽，龙王，誓言，生，某某，心，火焰），如是乃修法。 九日之间需沐浴，需断除五种食物。 禁食鱼、肉、蒜、葱、酒。 其成就之征相为： 出现各种悉地受用， 青蛙、蛇等真实显现。 若佳则房屋倒塌， 如是显现，需精进修持。 需佩戴明妃之发饰。

The snake pattern is as beautiful as silk, Adorned with the ornaments of the four families. The pillars of the four gates are very strong, Below it, adorned with snakes, Possessing the enjoyment of animals. In the interior of that vase, There are those with golden eyes shining. Having settled in that method, proceed as follows: The conch-holding one with endless splendor, And Gambo, who possesses wealth, and others, Joyful, Holder of the Earth, Not Hot. The eight chief lords of the four families of nagas, Coiled around the body and abiding. Adornments of emanations such as birds and lotuses, Ornaments of silk and lotuses, The Splendid Mother and the Conch-holding Mother, The four families of naga goddesses, and others, All of them abide in that method. From the subsequent Tantra of the Naga Vows, the first chapter, the introduction. Then, the accomplishment of the naga vow is spoken. The mandala is equal and pleasing, Anointed with five kinds of milk, That is, the four directions and the center are five. For the sake of blessing that, The five（藏文：ཨོྂ་，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om） and（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah），（藏文：ཧཱུྂ་，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum），（藏文：སྭཱཧཱ་，梵文天城体：स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：svāhā，汉语字面意思：Svaha） Bless with mudras, Consider oneself as the deity, For the sake of accomplishing all, Visualize（藏文：ཨོྂ་，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om） on the crown of oneself, and empower with the five wisdoms. Then, draw the lines and write, The wheel with eight spokes and a circumference, Draw the truncated corners and doors in the same way. The center is the heart, the wheel is white, The circumference is red, the truncated corners are green, The doors are yellow, the doors are of each family. In the same way, arrange the colors, In the center, also write the heart essence（藏文：ཧཱུྂ་，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum） On the eight wheels, the root mantra, On the side of the spokes, write the name. On Nupa, Pupa, and the truncated corners, On the doors, write Sa, Ta, Si, Ka. One must bathe for nine days, and abandon five kinds of food. Abstain from fish, meat, garlic, onions, and alcohol. The signs of accomplishment are: Various siddhis and enjoyments arise, Frogs, snakes, and so on, actually appear. If it is good, the house will collapse, Thus, manifest, one must strive to accomplish. One must wear the hair ornament of a consort.
