Nāga Samaya Tantra nāma. In Tibetan: The Tantra of the Dragon's Vow. Homage to the lord who liberates the nāgas, the one with blazing golden eyes. Thus have I heard at one time: In the water palace of the western ocean. It is the abode of great animals. For the extremely malevolent nāgas. The collection of enjoyments is extremely abundant. Inconceivable powers arise. Therefore, accomplish the four antidotes. The royal lineage, the merchant lineage, the Brahmin lineage. The commoner lineage is well spoken of. Mount Meru, stupas, similar lineages. Adorned with vases and wish-fulfilling trees. Covered with ornaments such as snakes. First, on the vases and so forth. Likewise, write the four antidotes. Light and iron fences, two by two combined. They are extremely well adorned with those. A retinue that is in accord with those methods. Joyful and Sustainer. Abundant and Without Wealth. Lotus-possessor and Conch-possessor. Silk-draped and Zī-possessor. A gathering of those possessing small turquoise fragments. Boundless, Conch-keeper, Wealth-lord are foremost. It is said that those possessing lineages are thus. Hal Khyi, Hal Pan, Te Se, and so forth. Surrounded by retinues such as Tsang Kun. Thus it was said. From the Tantra of the Dragon's Vow, the first chapter, the introduction. Then, this accomplishment of the four antidotes was spoken. The wrathful frown on the head possesses wishes. Possessing two horns of terrifying emanation. A burning iron beak, extremely majestic. Possessing eyes of precious gold. Great iron claws extremely extended. Diamond wings extremely outstretched. The upper body adorned with supreme auspiciousness. The four animal lineages devoured into the mouth. Whatever dwells in those very ones. Accumulate harmonious substances. The meat and fat of snakes and frogs. Offer enjoyment torma. Attract with this root mantra. Endowed with two horns of skillful means and wisdom, A Vajra razor with thirty-two blades, exceedingly terrifying, Vajra claws and wings outstretched, a great wind. The body adorned with leaping cliff dwellings. Drawing out all the malevolent Naga kings from the midst, Offering homage to the Protector Tara. Thus praised. From the Tantra of the Naga's Vow, the Second Chapter: Practicing the Four Kinds of Protectors. Then, this practice called Turquoise Young Girl was spoken. The activity of the Turquoise Young Girl, Unconquerable, subduing all Nagas. To practice that very one, Relying on substances, construct a wheel. The substance is the heart of black ebony, Offer with a Torma of various grains. The method of constructing the great wheel is, Having searched for a black Dahi, Likewise, appearing in the center of the Mandala, Making the belly a circular circumference. The wheel has four spokes with a circumference, Draw it with truncated squares, Adorn each pair with snakes. Draw the Samaya-being in the center. Place the Naga Kila on the wheel. Then, the mantra for guiding adornment: Samaya Dun Bhyo. Thus, recite and curse. One of the evil methods of the activity of killing, combining into two kinds.
