What is the nature of the tantra? What is the nature of the Lord of Death? What is the method of seeking the tantra? To whom is it entrusted? Please, Perfectly Enlightened One, listen to me. Then, the Great Vajradhara, spoke to the Vajra Holder: Emaho, the body of great bliss, Emaho, the one with the nature of peace, in the unborn, perfectly pure realm of Dharma, the body of miraculous birth blazing forth. I, Vajradhara, for the sake of subduing the five enemies of the teachings, the tantra of the root, branches, and razor's edge, the secret teaching of the Black Moon Secret, the very nature of the executioner Yama, the cruel illusion wheel manifests in play. In the southern realm of the Lord of Death, in the tumultuous ocean of poison mountains, Vajra Heart, again, revealed the suchness of the secret mantra tantra. The nature is the Black Moon Secret, like the poison of black hala. It is not the activity of everyone. And so forth, it is clearly established, therefore it is said to be the king of action tantra wheels. Since it shows the evil mantra, the cruel weapon, it is explained as the wheel of weapon action. The tantra of the fierce corpse, the tantra of the life force, the tantra of the heart of the earth lord, the tantra of the illusion wheel, the black leprosy action, the tantra of the fierce corpse, the black poisonous snake, the tantra of the flesh-eating, playful executioner. The secret tantra, the evil mantra weapon, is explained at the ocean, the poison mountain. From the secret tantra of the Glorious Black Moon Secret, the Ocean of Poison Mountain, the thirty-ninth chapter, which is the chapter on the arising of the tantra and the explanation of its nature, is complete.
