思虑到此，此殊胜心髓口诀，以业力相合之缘赐予我。又以纯净白芥子，具备分量与条件，注入殊胜甘露后，置于头顶，给予秘密灌顶，立下誓言与盟誓，交付于心间。你，以业力所衡量的佛陀智慧（梵文：Buddha-jñāna），在赡洲（ Jambudvīpa） 藏地（今中国西藏）福德尤为殊胜。此殊胜猛咒金刚内明，蕴藏于佛陀智慧（梵文：Buddha-jñāna）心中。若向他人展示，则佛陀智慧（梵文：Buddha-jñāna）誓言破损，将堕入金刚地狱之处。秘密赐名金刚扬旺掘藏者。国王教法衰败，藏地分崩离析，圣教无处安放，因以誓言为重，故不向他人传扬。莲花自在上师（梵文：Guru Vasudhara）所教导的此殊胜猛咒，若在赡洲藏地传扬，则小僧自掘坟墓。如是说后，以教令印封。

Considering this, this supreme heart essence instruction, was bestowed upon me through karmic connection. Furthermore, with pure white mustard seeds, possessing the proper measure and qualities, having poured in the sacred nectar, placing it upon my head, bestowing the secret empowerment, establishing vows and oaths, entrusting it to the heart center. You, Buddha-jñana (梵文：Buddha-jñāna), measured by karma, are especially blessed in Jambudvipa, Tibet (now Tibet, China). This excellent wrathful mantra, Vajra Inner Light, is concealed within the heart of Buddha-jñana (梵文：Buddha-jñāna). If shown to others, the Buddha-jñana (梵文：Buddha-jñāna) vow will be broken, and one will fall into the Vajra Hell. The secret name bestowed is Vajra Yangwang Terdak. The king's teachings decline, and the Tibetan lands fall apart. The sacred teachings have no place to rest. Because the vow is held as paramount, it is not spread to others. This special wrathful mantra taught by Guru Vasudhara, if spread in Jambudvipa, Tibet, will cause the small monk to dig his own grave. Having spoken thus, it was sealed with the seal of command.
