The Tantra of the Black Fierce Mantra of the Outsiders. (In Sanskrit: Tiratika la mantra mantra). (In Tibetan: The Tantra of the Black Fierce Mantra of the Outsiders). Homage to the Glorious Fierce Assemblage. Thus I have heard, at one time, in the great charnel ground of Kalintaka in the direction of Mount Meru, in the immeasurable palace of the Fierce Wheel of Fire, with eight spokes both above and below the wheel, with wheel-cutting points, in the triangular palace of E, the three powers of the moon and red color, in order to be vast with surroundings, on the wheel with eight spokes, after drawing lines with great beauty, the accumulation of bones piled up like rocks, the waves of Rakta blood swirling like the ocean. The great iron meteorite stake Tara, in that burning palace of the great charnel ground, surrounded by cities of new and old skeletons, the pillars of the provinces with Makara capitals, the banners of the Great Supreme hanging, with skylights of solar fire mirrors and lunar water mirrors, surrounded by many planets and stars, painted with turtle and snake patterns, the provinces each decorated with clear curtains, many minds dense like clouds, many corpses arranged in rows, blood and pus and impurities dripping, legs and ribs and spines piled up, finally surrounded by a black iron wall. In such mire, worms and maggots and ants and dogs and tigers and wolves and black-tongued wolves and kangkas and jilings and lindus and owls and corpse birds and crows and bears and bears and leopards and foxes and so on, countless beings, eating meat and drinking blood and licking and gnawing and smearing and watching and frolicking and wailing and making many noises and being extremely terrifying and fearful and smelling the scent of the charnel ground and being extremely foul-smelling and in the center of the vast expanse, from the center of the burning flame of the dark blue-black triangle, the kalpa-ending volcanoes burning with yellow-black and red-black and purple-black and dark blue-black and dark-black, the flames reaching the three realms, the light of the flames illuminating the four directions, smoke billowing from the end of the kalpa, the charnel ground of
