In the language of India: Kuṭaradu Cakra Deva Tantra Nāma. In the language of Tibet: Called the Black Kīla Dagger Tantra. Homage to the Bhagavan Great God! When dwelling in the great charnel ground of skeletons, the Great Lord Powerful One, father and mother, along with the retinue of the assembled eight classes, the four male demons and four female demons, each carrying their own weapons, adorned with charnel ground cloths and vast field skins. Male demons served as slaves, while female demons were employed as servants. Towards the teachings of the Great God, those harming Yama and evil spirits, they devour as food and destroy. At that time, the Great God expounded the lineage of the Black Wheel. For the three male demons and the eight classes, the life-force threads were combined and placed. In order to subdue the obstructors, the Black Wheel of Life-Force was revealed. By the revelation, all the retinue were greatly delighted, emanating joyful radiance, exceedingly fierce. Fiercely running and wandering through the charnel ground, they consumed all the flesh and blood of the charnel ground. Even having consumed, they still harmed sentient beings. At that time, the Yaksha Kubera, supplicated the Great God himself. How does one accomplish the Great God, father and mother? What are the fierce mantras for subduing demons and yakshas, and the violent mantras for destruction? How does one harm the spokes of the wheel? How does one establish the fierce mantras and destructive mantras? How does one rotate the wheel upon establishment? How does one establish the father's destructive mantra? How does one establish the mother's destructive mantra? How does one establish the retinue's destructive mantra? How do the father and mother act in their activities? How does the retinue engage in their activities? What are the methods for the tantra and writing? How does one arrange the offerings and supports for accomplishment?
