Once, on the summit of Mount Sumeru, at the northeastern boundary, in the sacred place of the All-Gathering Tree. A palace of dark bluish-black, three-sided iron meteoric iron adze, immeasurable in extent. A wheel of stacked skulls, surrounded by a city wall of skeletons. Possessing great pillars and banners of supreme victory. Adorned by cloudless sun and full white moon, and constellations. On the sides of the cliffs, leaping corners are inserted. Having placed the two lands in iron fetters, from the navel chakra arises the solar mandala, and from the crown of the head arises the eighth-day moon. Fangs bared, displaying three sharp points, with red eyes glaring fiercely, possessing eyes on the back of the head. Brownish-black hair ablaze at the crown of existence. The right hand brandishes an iron sword, the left hand holds a rosary adorned with precious jewels. Adorned with all charnel ground attire, within the red and black wind and smoke, the aggregates of hatred churn. From the light of the red and black flames, the heat of desire radiates. In the center of the charnel ground, the noble mother, the great black goddess, dwells in utmost terror. Surrounded and abiding by countless attendants such as male demons, female demons, flesh-eaters, ghrul bum, bhutas, bhutanis, gandharva women, naga women, yakshas, yakshinis, mamos, dakinis, and so forth. Furthermore, the eight classes of gods and demons, along with many attendants, and the sons of Vaishravana, the Well-born, Ugly-eyed, Dhritarashtra, and so forth, all gather and abide. At that time, the glorious dakini gazed upon the sage, the son of the gods. From the Tantra of the Glorious Great Black Skull, the first chapter, the topic. Then, the glorious dakini spoke this fierce mantra that perfects the secret mantras of body, speech, and mind, and completely accomplishes all actions. Om ruru tsati ashukme bati rupa khashala ragmo hum. Kumarada hum nan. Tsashi kumara a budta khuksi muksi remati kukni kila kitsa. Dudta keshu mudnya drala chuk svaha. Om sheke mudni dralapo kalaya nan. Da hum tsakra. Dralapo kamaya nan. Ruru ashukme. Kalinga ruru ashukme. Sye ta dudha dralapo maraya svaha. Om ma nying sha ragmo maharing thum ra. Mama nying tsa sora chu thum sa ra. Ma myo gu tsara ling sha nying ra. Thum rilili langto ra. Nyingto ra maraya phat svaha. Then, the glorious dakini, at the moment of uttering the secret mantra, Mount Meru trembled, the ocean churned, and the earth shook in six ways. Fierce iron hailstones fell like rain, the gathering of diseases stirred like stars, the kalpa of weapons blazed like fire, and the terrifying enemies covered the sky and earth.
