以利益一切有情为心念。 若见此以信心生起的殊胜喜悦， 连同诛灭嗔恨敌魔的怙主， 若见无病，您是喜悦的六种形态。 以福德光辉的庄严而极美妙， 若成就众主加持，则消除损害。 今生来世二者皆圆满， 其他愿望也由此而生。 如是所有愿望皆于此成就手中。 千种妙药，视之悦意，如灭毒。 于行持十度者，我顶礼。 于断除二障者，我顶礼。 于获得导师授记，我顶礼。 于二无我者，我顶礼。 于无数劫前， 无量现证圆满正等觉， 以大悲力成办有情义利之， 怙主观世音，我顶礼。 尊主怙主以胜施，串习而享用虚空宝藏。 戒律圆满，故居净处箭射高远。 安忍圆满，故光彩明亮，光芒鲜明。 精进圆满，故具十力功德。 禅定圆满，故光彩明亮，金刚压而不动。 智慧圆满，故具五部佛眼。 以世间方便调伏，故手印旃檀殊胜。 善法转为力量，故于头顶击鼓超胜。 愿力转为自在，故于一切世间有权。 任运成就之智慧光芒普照十方。 行持十度，故成十地之主。 以十地之主，故以法之宝冠庄严。 怙主观世音，乃大悲之主。 赞颂黑怙主，我恭敬顶礼。 以赞颂您，愿我之福德善资增长， 愿以慈悲成办我之所愿。 未来将被授记， 名为如来灰自在。 于转生之时， 于导师足下诞生之后， 愿能饮用妙法甘露。 出自《圣妙宝臂庄严续》。 虚空诸神之赞颂。 出自《大黑天续》，功德光轮空行母之主，一切眷属之主之第三品。 《圣妙宝臂庄严》

With the thought of benefiting all sentient beings in my heart. If I see this supreme joy arising from faith, Together with the protector who slays the hateful enemies and obstacles, If I see freedom from illness, you are the six forms of joy. Adorned with the ornament of merit and glory, you are exceedingly beautiful, If the blessings of the Lord of Hosts are accomplished, then harm is averted. Both this life and the next are perfectly fulfilled, Other desires also arise from this. Likewise, all desires are accomplished in this hand. A thousand medicines, beautiful to behold, like destroying poison. To the practice of the ten perfections, I prostrate. To the abandonment of the two obscurations, I prostrate. To the attainment of the prophecy of the Teacher, I prostrate. To the two selflessnesses, I prostrate. In the past, countless eons ago, Limitless, manifestly and perfectly enlightened Buddhas, By the power of compassion, accomplishing the benefit of beings, To the protector Avalokiteśvara, I prostrate. By familiarizing with the Lord Protector, the glorious Bestower, one enjoys the treasury of space. With perfect morality, the abode is pure, and the arrow flies high. With perfect patience, the complexion is bright, and the radiance is clear. With perfect diligence, one possesses the ten powers and abilities. With perfect concentration, the complexion is bright, and the vajra presses immovable. With perfect wisdom, one possesses the eyes of the five families. By taming with worldly methods, the mudra is excellent sandalwood. By virtue and Dharma becoming strength, one excels in striking the crown of the head. By the power of aspiration becoming mastery, one has dominion over all the world. The spontaneously accomplished wisdom radiates light in the ten directions. By practicing the ten perfections, one becomes the chief of the ten grounds. Being the chief of the ten grounds, one is adorned with the diadem of Dharma. Protector Avalokiteśvara, possessor of the dominion of compassion. Praising the Black Great Lord, I respectfully prostrate. By praising you, may my merit and virtuous accumulations increase, May you accomplish my intentions with compassion. In the future, the prophecy will be given, That he will be called Tathāgata Ash-Independent. At the time of rebirth, Having been born at the feet of the guide, May I drink the nectar of the Dharma.
