Recite! In order for all needs and desires to arise, the Tantra called "Accomplishment of Precious and Excellent Essence" should be recited! In order to become the protector of the poor, the Tantra called "Sun and Moon Secret Essence" should also be recited! Thus it was declared. From the "Yaksa Precious and Excellent Sun and Moon Secret Essence Tantra," the seventeenth chapter, which reveals the name of the Tantra. Then, the assembly of Vajra Gathering Great and others rejoiced, and praised the Bhagavan Lord of Secrets, saying: Alas! Secret Lord Vajradhara, is the chief of physicians who cures the diseases of the three poisons, is the god of gods who destroys the Lord of Death and demons, is the jewel that fulfills needs and desires, is the rays of the sun and moon that dispel the darkness of ignorance, is the sole friend of the three realms of samsara, Bhagavan, Lord of Secrets of power and strength, I prostrate and pay homage to Vajradhara. Thus they praised. From the "Yaksa Precious and Excellent Sun and Moon Secret Essence Tantra," the eighteenth chapter, the chapter in which the assembled retinue subsequently rejoiced. The King of Tantras called "Yaksa Precious and Excellent Sun and Moon Secret Essence Tantra" is completed. The Indian Abbot Vasudhara, the wise Norzin, and the Tibetan translator Snubs Sangye Rinpoche translated, revised, and finalized it.
