Whoever, without delay, Will achieve complete enlightenment and great bliss, Possessing the supreme ocean of qualities, Other than this, there is no other. Having faith in the secret, Having devotion, wisdom, and great compassion, Difficult to fathom in peace and excellence, This will become the giver of siddhis. Abiding in vows, rejoicing, and bestowing empowerment, Showing the great mudra of one's own desire. All the siddhis that are desired, Will arise without obstruction. Even those of the great vehicle lineage, Whoever has not given the vows, And has not bestowed empowerment, will never achieve siddhis. With the complete ritual of oneself, Hold compassion for the disciple. The three vows should be given. Then it becomes a great gift. The great Lord, the Lord of Dance, Together with the consort, in the great mandala, The wise one, having completed the ritual, Bestows empowerment and becomes a vessel for accomplishment. Having found a good piece of land, Whoever makes offerings with wealth, Offer a torma to the owner. Then it becomes completely pure. It becomes the first vessel as it is. Then with one's own mudra, Possessing various colors, The blazing jewel shines brightly. Inside the brightly shining house, The great mudra is completely fulfilled. Together with the vajra stake, It truly dwells on the excellent. At that time, surrounded by a fierce retinue, Rising up as a very fierce mudra.
