With an inconceivable assembly of blood-drinking, blazing attendants inseparable from duality, as well as an inconceivable number of other Bodhisattvas, such as Vajrapani, and mothers, Yaksha women, flesh-eating, blood-drinking Rakshasa women, and other inconceivable attendants, not seeing the meaning of non-duality, devoid of compassion, generating fear, with hair standing on end, extremely wrathful, possessing violent power, tormenting sentient beings in various ways, sending forth various evil diseases of breath and nasal mucus, dwelling together with those who do not understand speech. At that time, there was a servant girl by nature in the world, named Remati, who said to the Bhagavan, the glorious Vajra Heruka, as follows: "He he, Hero Heruka! Greatly powerful in the three realms, I am the one who liberates all. O Tara, Hero, Self-Nature, please grant the complete and supreme empowerment." Heruka declared: "O Rakshasa, evil woman, Tara, if there are those who destroy the Buddha's teachings, destroy the supreme Dharma wheel, slander the great Sangha, and take the lives of yogis, you should liberate them well." Those who harm and slander the teachings have mostly been liberated, and she has become the nature of protecting the teachings and performing all actions. The first chapter, the Introduction, from the Tantra of the Noble Goddess Ekajati Rogakali, is complete. Then, the Bodhisattva Vajrapani asked the Bhagavan Heruka: "What is the place for practicing the evil woman Reti? What is the mandala for practice? What are the substances of the vow to rely on? What is the life essence of the life? What is the mandala to be killed? What is the weapon of curse to destroy?"
