印度语：Śrīsarvasiddhi-tistāvalokamahātantrarāja。 藏语：吉祥一切成就皆能稳固照见的续部大王。 向菩萨摩诃萨发愿之定，不动显现者敬礼。 如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵如来应供正等觉，一切佛陀之众，于极清净之法界宫殿，母之莲花清净之界安住之众。 如此，如来中观遍游戏之众，如来金刚无为之众，如来真实义功德不勤作而显现之众，如来境极清净智慧之众，如来无愿解脱自性唯一而摧灭黑暗之众。 菩萨秘密主金刚手等，有神邪魔部多八部等亦皆集会。 彼时如是宣说。 法性唯独之功德， 色身无量何者何， 中观无为之义， 境性界性无愿性， 三身智慧差别大， 佛陀功德一切之基。 如此如来与， 如来之众， 菩提心发愿之定， 不动显现者即予灌顶， 境极遍集会。 如是如来之众与， 大众菩萨彼即视之， 极视之， 大视之。 菩萨彼亦， 以如来之威力而微笑， 如是肢分与支分中光明之网遍布于世间界， 如此一切显现卑劣之有情为遣除心之垢染故， 如来灌顶与， 示现神变之勇猛， 三千大千世界虚空之轮足。

In the language of India: Śrīsarvasiddhi-tistāvalokamahātantrarāja. In Tibetan: The Great King of Tantras, Glorious and Steadfastly Seeing All Accomplishments. Homage to the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva, the unwavering manifestation of the aspiration's samādhi. Thus have I heard: At one time, the Bhagavan Tathāgata Arhat Samyaksaṃbuddha, the assembly of all Buddhas, resided in the palace of the utterly pure realm of Dharma, in the sphere of the pure bhaga of the Mother. Namely, the assembly of the Tathāgata who fully enjoys the Middle Way, the assembly of the Tathāgata Vajra Uncreated, the assembly of the Tathāgata whose ultimate qualities appear without effort, the assembly of the Tathāgata whose realm is utterly pure wisdom, and the assembly of the Tathāgata who, with the single nature of desireless liberation, destroys darkness. Bodhisattva, Lord of Secrets, Vajrapāṇi, and others, along with the gods, demons, and the eight classes of spirits, were also assembled. Then, it was spoken thus: The qualities of Dharma-nature alone, The immeasurable form bodies, whatever and whatever, The meaning of the Middle Way, uncreated, The nature of realm, the nature of sphere, desirelessness. The three bodies, wisdom, are greatly distinguished, The basis of all the qualities of the Buddhas. Thus, the Tathāgata and, The assembly of the Tathāgata, Empowered the Bodhicitta, the samādhi of aspiration, The unwavering manifestation itself, And the realm became completely assembled. Thus, the assembly of the Tathāgata and, The great assembly, the Bodhisattva, were seen, Fully seen, Greatly seen. The Bodhisattva himself, By the power of the Tathāgata, smiled, And thus, from the limbs and sub-limbs, a network of light spread throughout the world-realm, Thus, for the sake of removing the defilements of the minds of all beings who appear inferior, The Tathāgata empowered and, Showed the prowess of miraculous transformation, The three-thousand great-thousand world-realm, the circle of the sky...
