La zo zhing la ma sha. Rol sha khrag thung kang ka sha zan. Yang ta sa ra la ho. Sha la kyi spyang kra he kra he. Vajra bandha bhyo rulu rulu. (Tibetan: བཛྲ་བནྡྷ་བྷྱོ་རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रबन्ध भ्यो रुलु रुलु, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrabandha bhyo rulu rulu, Chinese literal meaning: Vajra bond, give, rulu, rulu) This is the fourth chapter, the chapter on drying up flesh and blood. And evade the signs of the world, And perform the mandala offering according to the scriptures. Plant many satcha chatis. Perform the outer confession according to the scriptures. Then also cut off the secret boundary. Then perform the mandala according to the scriptures. Release all the inner rupas. Strike the fulfillment and restoration with numbers. Perform the five places of fulfillment according to the scriptures. Make offerings to Mahashanti. (Tibetan: མ་ཧཱ་ཤཱནྟིྂ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: महाशान्ति, Sanskrit Romanization: mahāśānti, Chinese literal meaning: Great Peace) Fulfill all that has become ma. Release the black implements according to the scriptures. Carefully examine the signs and symbols. And when the signs and symbols are grasped, Perform the fulfillment and reversal rituals according to the scriptures. By this, the signs will be reversed." Then, repeating, he spoke again: "If that fulfillment does not fulfill, Meditate on the form of the Queen of Power." That mother, whatever the root is, Make a form of kusha grass, Gather the limbs and bind them with a seal. Also make forms of the fifty-three medicine goddesses From pieces of wood bark, And attach them with a thread of darbati. Also the fourteen wisdom jemos, Having meditated on them as the body of Chechok, Intertwine their heads and bodies and spread them as a seat. By this, evil mantras will be reversed. If even by this the actions are not accomplished, Examine and whatever the root is, Make forms on pieces of paper, And strike them with the supreme phurbas. Also make forms of the fifty-three medicine goddesses From reeds, And attach them with red copper phurbas. Also the three mothers in the center, On a cloth of field bark, Make forms of blood and vermillion, And attach gold or yellow phurbas. By this, evil mantras will be reversed.
