I am the supreme, the stainless one, the source of all virtues, all without inherent existence. The greatly profound yogi is one whose samadhi and conduct, and the stages of skillful means, are all conventional; it is called a vehicle, it is called a vehicle. Because ultimate truth is emptiness, self-nature, self-nature is without. Explaining deities, samadhi, and conduct, among paths, this is the swift path; because it has become the supreme of skillful means, it is called the Great Perfection. Turning away from external objects, one enters into the state of suchness. Possessing awareness without conception, one meditates inwardly on non-conceptual contemplation. With the effortless hero, one meditates on the vajra without seeking. From the Tantra of the Great Expansion of the Nature of All Tathagatas, the thirteenth chapter, which separately explains the two truths. Then, the Bhagavan, the Lord of All Tathagatas, spoke this condensed secret meaning of the exceedingly profound yoga. The nature of all phenomena is the bindu of the dharmadhatu; as a means to accomplish that, examine the image of a fire crystal, and so forth. Having examined, one sees that phenomena are without existence; having seen correctly, one is liberated. Forms, sounds, and so forth, are not real, they are all conceptual constructs. All arises from wisdom and skillful means; whatever is without substance is wisdom, one's own characteristic is skillful means. The equal entering of skillful means and wisdom is the great meditation of bliss. If one is not attached to the taste of illusion, that is the great attachment. Killing, taking what is not given, lying, harsh speech, and so forth, all can be practiced without exception; if practiced, wisdom will be attained. Whatever is accomplished in body, speech, and mind, meditate on perfecting the subtle bindu. Then, as soon as the signs of accomplishment are seen, meditate on the samadhi of the unborn. That too is without self-nature and without characteristics, non-dual, not non-dual, unchanging and stainless, selfless like the sky. Then, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata Samantabhadra, entered into the samadhi of Tögal and spoke this special statement. Son of lineage, whoever hears this meaning of the exceedingly profound yoga in a way that has not been heard, and sees in a way that has not been seen, and so forth, may realize it. This is all the Tathagatas.

It is called the Tantra of Profound Meaning of All Secrets, the Wordless Tantra. The meaning of this should be known from the Guru's mouth. Accomplishments also depend on the Guru. From the Tantra of the Nature of All Tathagatas, the Great and Vast Sky, the Fourteenth Chapter, which is the Summary of the Meaning of Utmost Yoga. Then, the assembly praised the Great Lord of All Tathagatas with one voice: Supreme Lord of all bodies, Perfectly endowed with marks and signs, Holding the meaning of utmost yoga, All bodies, I prostrate to you! Supreme Lord of all speech, The supreme speech without letters, Holding the meaning of profound secrets, All speech, I prostrate to you! Supreme Lord of all minds, Possessing the nature of the five wisdoms, Holding the meaning of the Great Perfection, All minds, I prostrate to you! Having said this, the Tathagata was pleased and called the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, saying: "You should turn this wheel of Dharma of utmost yoga for sentient beings who possess the lineage of Bodhicitta." Vajrapani said: "As the Bhagavan has spoken, I will do as such." Having said this, he was empowered as the great regent of the Dharma. Then, the Bhagavan, the Lord of all Tathagatas, together with all the assembly, entered into the meaning of utmost yoga and became invisible. From the Tantra of the Nature of All Tathagatas, the Great and Vast Sky, the Fifteenth Chapter, which is the Chapter of Pleasing and Completely Receiving the Lord. Then, that which is called the Great and Vast Sky, the Nature of All Tathagatas, also called the Essence of Instructions, from the Yogini Tantra: The most perfect of perfect, the most profound of profound, the ultimate meaning of utmost yoga is complete. The Indian Abbot Jñana Garbha and the Tibetan Monk Vairochana translated and established it, and later it was revised with newly translated words.
