Five wisdoms do not desire the five objects, When desiring objects, the five wisdoms appear. Since that object is inherently wisdom, I have not shown object and wisdom as two. Therefore, it is said that the object is also self-arisen wisdom, In which self-arisen wisdom has nothing whatsoever. I am the teacher of the retinue that arises from me. When the name of wisdom is given based on the object, When the wisdom of various forms arises, With one wisdom of various designations, One object appears with separate natures. To the object-possessor, the name of the object is given, That is not definite, but designated by confusion. Thus it is said. From the Tantra of Vajrasattva, the Great Brahmin of Space, the eleventh chapter, which teaches self-arisen wisdom. Vajrasattva again asked: Bhagavan, Great Bliss, Samantabhadra, What is effortless perfection, desirelessness? Samantabhadra replied: Listen, assembly gathered around me, If you wish to accomplish all dharmas, Do not cultivate the ground of desire. That mind that desires Is abandoning all that is not taken. Since this transcends cause and effect, Desiring the result, do not cultivate the cause. It is accomplished by abiding in non-thought nature. Abandon all samadhi of desire. Take all that is without desire. From samadhi, hold onto desire, That desire is not true. There is no true holding. All actions that are done Are accomplished by spontaneously accomplishing without seeking. That which is spontaneously accomplished without seeking Is not accomplished by doing, It is spontaneously accomplished from the beginning without doing. By abandoning all desires, It becomes a great obstacle to accomplishment. That habitual tendency of desire's samadhi, That habitual tendency is mind's grasping. By grasping, it abandons that bliss, Taking all bliss without grasping, It is the nature of suchness. For the non-abiding, there is no object. For the non-thinking, there is no samadhi. That essence of the meaning of non-existence Will be obtained without desire. Suchness is without fabrication, It is the single intention of all Buddhas. Apart from great bliss, Where would desire and grasping exist? For whom there is no grasping or attachment, That samadhi is the best of holding. Since all holding is already accomplished from the beginning, The king of accomplishment is abandoning, placing, and non-thinking. Thus it is said. From Vajrasattva, the Great Brahmin of Space.

From the Extensive Tantra: Chapter Twelve, the Spontaneous Fulfillment Without Action. Vajrasattva further inquired: Bhagavan, Great Bliss, Samantabhadra, what is it that is without desire, unmoving, and without effort? Samantabhadra thus declared: Listen, assembly gathered around me, the nature of reality is inherently without change, not even a particle is moved by transformation. Bliss and suffering, enlightenment are one, Buddhas and sentient beings are one in mind, existence and samsara, container and contents, are one in the nature of reality, truth and falsehood are equal in the nature of reality. If attached to bliss, it is suffering, by abiding in self-nature, all is accomplished, because all is clear and without conceptualization, it is self-arisen wisdom. Because wisdom does not accumulate habits, how could it be stained by karma? Meditating on various things does not clarify the one, whatever samadhi is practiced to clarify, that is not samadhi. In such oneness of Suchness, Buddhas and sentient beings are divided into two, bliss and suffering are divided into two, therefore, it is taught to accept virtue, it is taught to abandon evil. That contradicts the definitive meaning, the nature of reality is without movement, the Buddha's nature is without movement, it is the nature of reality of the Victorious Ones of the three times. Therefore, the Buddha is not elsewhere, other than the mind of enlightenment, both Buddhas and sentient beings do not exist, the nature of mind without conceptualization is the Buddha. The nature of mind is praised by all Buddhas, the nature of mind is unmoving and free from effort, the one free from effort is without fabrication. Thus it was said. From the Extensive Tantra of Vajrasattva, the Great Liberated Brahmin of Space: Chapter Thirteen, the Unmoving and Effortless. Vajrasattva further inquired: Bhagavan, Great Bliss, Samantabhadra, how is your own awareness clear? Samantabhadra thus declared: Listen, assembly gathered around me, awareness is clear beyond thought and expression, clear in the state of non-conceptualization and without thought. Awareness is clear without grasping, clear straightforwardly without thought, awareness is clear without an object, clear in the state of non-conceptual equality. Awareness is clear without effort, clear in the expanse of the great bliss of space, awareness is clear without memory, wisdom is clear beyond thought and expression. Awareness is clear without grasping and conceptualization, clear in the state of immovability and equality, awareness is clear without any establishment, clear, free from the extremes of conduct. Awareness is clear as the great self-nature.
