These eight auspicious substances, blessed by the Victorious Ones, are offered so that goodness and prosperity may increase for beings. Mdga la aṣṭa dra bya. Offering the vase: A vase without blackness or stains, with a large belly and proper measurements, a spout hanging down, a long neck, and a base. The neck is wrapped with fine silk.
