Secondly, the third category mainly consists of treatises on the sacred Dharma that follow the Kangyur and Tengyur, and are dominated by the views and practices of Buddhism. Apart from that, Tibetan indigenous terminology and culture, such as grammar and poetry, also have a great influence and form of Buddhist scriptures. Among them, due to the immediate needs, the scope of books that we are making into e-books is mainly focused on the latter category, and we are also making modern newly created books into e-books. As mentioned above, all these precious collections of scriptures in the Tibetan snow region are composed of the combination of thirty-four Tibetan alphabets. The content is directly or indirectly inclined to the view of dependent origination and the practice of non-harm, forming a large collection of books with special value and characteristics that are not found elsewhere. Just as many scholars in the East and West, with a fair mind and a long-term vision, place their hope in this precious Buddhism for the noble theory of controlling the arising and ceasing of the external world and the internal behavior of human beings. Among them, there is an increasing attitude of researching and trusting the complete Tibetan Buddhism of both Mahayana and Hinayana, including tantras. Therefore, the Tibetan culture itself has undoubtedly become a treasure worth possessing in relation to a wider space and time. This is by no means a trivial matter. Similarly, many new era Tibetan literature books should also be recognized as an undeniable driving force for the preservation of tradition, the restoration of decline, and the satisfaction of new needs in the cultural undertakings of the Tibetan snow region. Therefore, we, the Jonang Lungga Monastery, Pal Ngedon Mingyur Dechen Ling Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Treasury Editorial Office, as mentioned above, are making the Tibetan scriptures into e-books.

Through distribution, we hope to provide services for finding and viewing books to the vast number of aspiring individuals. We also hope to provide services for Tibetan culture and the precious Buddhist cause. However, due to a lack of experience and skills on the one hand, and a shortage of staff and working hours on the other, especially the lack of knowledge needed to serve the scriptures, there are bound to be many errors and omissions in our reprinted e-books. Here, I sincerely confess to all knowledgeable and impartial individuals and to the Tibetan cultural cause. At the same time, I earnestly request that the vast number of intellectuals provide criticisms aimed at errors, teachings that are beneficial to progress, and guidance aimed at the work of our e-book library. Finally, may the power of this and all past, present, and future virtuous deeds, cause the holy beings who uphold the Dharma to have long lives and conduct their activities in accordance with the Dharma; may the essence of the immaculate sutras and tantras be practiced by an unbroken lineage of scholars and accomplished ones, so that the greatness of the precious Dharma may be manifestly revealed in the world. Represented by the doctrine of Gyalwa Jonangpa, may all the wishes of the Buddhas of the three times, all the great doctrines, be in accordance with karma, aspirations, dependent origination, disposition, and faith, and may they be propagated and developed at all times, places, and circumstances, so that temporary and ultimate great benefits may be bestowed upon all sentient beings without interruption. As it is said: "May the sound of the great Dharma drum completely eliminate the suffering of sentient beings, and may the teaching of the Dharma and benefiting beings continue to abide for countless eons." May this great aspiration be fulfilled!
