If I do not act according to this promise, then I have now deceived the Bhagavan. Therefore, from the essence of her own life, a flame blazed forth, and her body and life burned away like ashes.

愿（受）无间（地狱）之众生，皆成大（苦）地狱！ 如是发愿并立誓。此后，具吉祥之黑女神，于获得灌顶与加持，并成为具誓者之际，帝释天等眷属献上各自之饰物与器物，如是帝释天献上金刚杵。 具吉祥之梵天献上孔雀旗，遍入天献上日、月旗，多闻天之子献上狮子旗，虚空天人献上铃，龙王们献上蛇饰，土地神献上虎旗，罗刹女与食肉女们献上颅骨鬘、血、油脂之用具，具吉祥之大黑天女献上矛。 如是彼等眷属献上各自之饰物、用具、器物等，赞颂具吉祥之黑女神之国王们亦赞颂之。 彼黑女神亦成为三界无与伦比之威权者。 具吉祥之黑女神心髓秘密续，名为开端品，即第一品。 其后，秘密主（金刚手菩萨）向薄伽梵如是禀告： 薄伽梵，善逝！为使善逝之教法长久住世，黑女神之三摩地，迎请与供养之明咒，及其所依之身像，勾招，驱逐，诛杀，成就，常诵之明咒等，成就之坛城，事业之坛城，成就之物，事业之物，橛之安插，以兵器斩断并作火供，抛掷食子，镇压，降冰雹之事业等，祈请开示。 如是禀告后，薄伽梵如是说道：秘密主，女神之三摩地为：ཡྂ་བ་ར་རྂ། （藏文，梵文天城体：यं व रं，梵文罗马拟音：yam va ram，汉语字面意思：扬 哇 冉），ཨག་ནེ་ཛྭ་ལ་རྂ།（藏文，梵文天城体：अग्ने ज्वाल रं，梵文罗马拟音：agne jvala ram，汉语字面意思：阿格尼 佳拉 冉） 如是于火风之中，生起颅器宫殿为：བྷྲུྂ་བི་ཤ་བི་ཤུ་དྡྷེ་ཀ་པ་ལ་ཧཱུྂ།（藏文，梵文天城体：भ्रुं विश विशुद्धे कपाल हूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrum visha vishuddhe kapala hum，汉语字面意思：部隆 毗夏 毗殊提 卡帕拉 吽） 于其内，གོ་ར་ཏི་ག་ར་པ་ཏ་ཧཱུྂ།（藏文，梵文天城体：गोर तिग र पत हूं，梵文罗马拟音：gora tiga ra pata hum，汉语字面意思：郭拉 提嘎 冉 帕塔 吽） 如是以生起铁之三脚架。于其鞍上，由字母“མ”之连缀中，ཨོྂ་ནག་པོ་དུན་ཏིང་ལྂ་དུན་ཏིང་བྷྱོ།（藏文，梵文天城体：ओं नग्पो दुन तिं लं दुन तिं भ्यो，梵文罗马拟音：om nagpo dun ting lam dun ting bhyo，汉语字面意思：嗡 黑 敦 听 朗 敦 听 贝） 如是黑女神，身色深蓝，头发

May the sentient beings of Avici (hell) all become great hells! Thus, he made a wish and took a vow. The glorious Brahma offered the peacock banner, Vishnu offered the sun and moon banner, the son of Vaishravana offered the lion banner, the celestial servant of the sky offered the bell, the Naga kings offered the snake ornament, the earth lord offered the tiger banner, the Rakshasa and flesh-eating women offered the skull garland, blood, and implements of fat, and the glorious Great Black Goddess offered the spear. Thus, the retinue offered their own ornaments, implements, and tools, and the kings who praised the glorious Black Goddess also praised her. That Black Goddess also became an unrivaled powerful one in the three realms. From the Tantra of the Secret Essence of the Glorious Black Goddess, the chapter called "Introduction" is the first. Then, the Lord of Secrets (Vajrapani) said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, Sugata! In order to make the Sugata's teachings last long, the samadhi of the glorious Goddess, the mantra for invoking and offering, the image of its support, summoning, expelling, killing, accomplishing, the mantras for continuous recitation, the mandala for accomplishment, the mandala for action, the substances for accomplishment, the substances for action, the fixing of the stake, cutting with weapons and making fire offerings, throwing the ransom, suppressing, and the actions of causing hailstorms, please teach them. After making this request, the Bhagavan said: Lord of Secrets, the Goddess's samadhi is: yaṁ va raṁ (藏文，梵文天城体：यं व रं，梵文罗马拟音：yam va ram，汉语字面意思：Yang Wa Ran), agne jvala raṁ (藏文，梵文天城体：अग्ने ज्वाल रं，梵文罗马拟音：agne jvala ram，汉语字面意思：Agni Jwala Ran).
