印度语：Śrīdevīmahākālīcittaguhyatanra。 藏语：吉祥黑女神心髓命修秘密续。 顶礼薄伽梵金刚亥母！ 如是我闻。一时，薄伽梵大吉祥金刚持与诸子眷属等，安住于清净的空界莲花胎藏中。 菩提萨埵、大菩萨、秘密主金刚手，以及其他的魔母、阎罗之妹，名为吉祥黑女神者， 现见自性坛城，往昔诸佛前曾受嘱托， 如今于如来释迦牟尼佛之教法，发愿成为护法， 未来成熟于佛地，具有受记之愿，并与其同处。 此外，未见自性坛城者， 如帝释天、 梵天、 阎罗、 罗刹、 食肉鬼、 药叉、 黑母、 饿鬼、 鸠盘荼、 乾闼婆、 非人、 阿修罗、 迦楼罗、 玛姆、 空行、 空行母、 空行母之主吉祥黑母等，皆一同安住。 彼时，彼刻，秘密主金刚手从座而起，对未见自性坛城者如是说： 帝释天等汝等，当向如来及其眷属顶礼、供养、皈依，并对殊胜之方生起信心！ 语毕，帝释天等众， 称念十方诸佛之名，顶礼、供养、皈依， 对白色之方生起信心与敬仰， 合掌，异口同声地说道： 皈命！为令佛法长久住世、兴盛于世间， 我等向如来顶礼、供养、皈依， 并施予信心、敬仰与作意之加持。

The Bodhisattva, the Great Being, the Lord of Secrets Vajrapani, and also the mother of demons, the sister of Yama, named the Glorious Black Goddess, Seeing the mandala of her own nature, having been entrusted in the presence of the Buddhas of the past, Now, for the teachings of the Thus Gone One Shakyamuni Buddha, she made a vow to become a protector, In the future, she will mature into the Buddha-land, possessing the aspiration of prophecy, and she dwells together with them. Furthermore, those who have not seen the mandala of their own nature are: Indra, Brahma, Yama, Rakshasa, Flesh-eater, Yaksha, Black Mother, Hungry Ghost, Kumbhanda, Gandharva, Non-human, Asura, Garuda, Mammo, Dakini, Dakini Mother, The mistress of the Dakini Mothers, the Glorious Black Mother, and so forth, all dwell together. The glorious black goddess said: What does the Dharma refer to? What does protection refer to? What faults will there be if it is not protected? Indra and others said: The Dharma refers to the Sutra Pitaka, the Vinaya Pitaka, and the Abhidhamma Pitaka, which are all the teachings of the Buddha. Protection refers to staying in the world for a long time, and those who obstruct the teaching of scriptures, listening to the Dharma, practicing, upholding, reciting, fully understanding, and properly attending to them, should be killed and subdued. The teaching of scriptures and so on should be protected and saved, and the retinue and enjoyment should be increased and expanded. What faults will there be if it is not protected? That is, not listening to the teachings of the Three Jewels, humans and non-humans and others obstruct, and for these reasons, Buddhism will not stay in the world for a long time.
