Harm those who have fulfilled their vows, those who have faith and diligence, those who possess transmission and secret instructions, and those who possess true meaning. If you entrust this to someone who is deceitful and lacks faith and diligence, and who seeks sources elsewhere and is stingy, you will be reborn in the Vajra Hell. Therefore, be careful with this. Therefore, entrust it to someone who truly possesses these qualities. The supreme secret instruction of suppression is to entrust it to someone who possesses true meaning.
