This lay devotee of birds fulfills the samaya. This sentient being has breath, it is like the wind because it cannot be grasped, fulfill the samaya with formless breath. This sentient being has form, fulfill the samaya with the power of Kara Dorje Tsal. To the queen who sends down madness, propitiate with immeasurable forms. In the great continent of Mad Beha, to the mantra practitioners who have broken their vows, send down madness, queen, you send it down. Your samaya is fulfilled by the turquoise necklace. Be satisfied by propitiation, without killing. Killing emptiness with emptiness, For killing, there is no basis for imputation.
