The Root Tantra of Accomplishing Worldly Offerings and Praises In Sanskrit: Loka Stotra Puja Tantra Nama Nopi Kasantakam. In Tibetan: The Root Tantra of Accomplishing Worldly Offerings and Praises. Homage to the Bhagavan Vajradhara! Thus I have heard: At one time, the Bhagavan, the essence of the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas, the great secret Vajradhara, the one who perfectly accomplishes all the body, speech, and mind activities of all Buddhas of the three times without exception, possessing power, strength, fearlessness, dominion, and terrifying form, the fierce, violent, arrogant, strong, and difficult to endure, the one who swiftly subdues, the essence of the mind of all Sugatas, extracted from that very nature, Bodhisattva Mahasattva, The chief one, having entered into the great and complete ground, the great lord of the hosts of自在 gods belonging to the desire realm and the form realm, the great leader of the yakshas of the dwelling of the Willow-leaved One and the dwelling of Mount Sumeru, he dwells in the palace of the king of gods in Akanishta, emanating various rays of light of the body, speech, and mind emanations of the Buddhas abiding in the three times, and urges with these words: O! O! Secret Lord Vajradhara! You are the one who has been empowered by all the Buddhas as the lord of the power and strength to protect the holy doctrine, Behold that great oath, From the secret of body, speech, and mind, The speech of the supreme body that causes fear to the fearful, And drawing out the force of the fierce mind, For the sake of subduing all the difficult to tame, By means of emanations, prior emanations, and activities, Perform the past mind vow. As soon as he was urged thus, The Bhagavan, knowing that the time had come to perform the activities of the Buddhas, although he did not move from the peaceful Dharma nature of his own body, speech, and mind, he looked upon the violent ones and others who were to be subdued, and in all the world realms equal to the limits of the ten directions of space, countless emanations of his body.

This is the form of the Great Wrathful One: His body is dark blue-black, with nine faces. The right face is brownish-black, bared fangs; the left face is purplish-black, subdued; the central face is dark blue-black, wrathful and fierce. The vajra in the right hand blazes, churning and devouring the blood of the skull in the left hand. In the lower eight right hands, he holds the severed heads of the great gods he has slain; in the lower eight left hands, he holds the heads of the eight great nagas, all with their life-forces. The nine eyes on the right side are rolled upwards; the nine eyes on the left side gaze sideways; the nine eyes in the center glare downwards. Fierce frown lines are gathered on his forehead. From his nostrils, a violent wind of existence rages. From his mouth, the fire of the eon blazes. Red fangs are bared in the expanse of space. His beard and mustache are thick like clouds. His matted hair, brownish-black, blazes and swirls at the peak of existence. From his ears, a great sound of ferocity emanates. His limbs are entwined with coils of snakes. He wears the skin of a slaughtered demon and Tra, and the skin of an elephant as garments. His lower body is wrapped in tiger skin. He is adorned with drops and patterns of blood and fat. His body is smeared with great ashes. He is adorned with garlands of dry and wet skulls, and heads with flesh and blood. His eight feet trample Brahma, Vishnu, Maheshvara, and Indra with his consorts. The Great Mother Is united with the extremely fierce Bhairavi, who is identical to his own form. All those countless and inexpressible beings, like sesame seeds filling a pod, utter the fierce sound of "Om Vajra Chanda Sarva Dushtantaka Hana Daha Paca Hum Phat (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཙཎྜ་སརྦ་དུཥྚཱནྟ་ཀ་ཧ་ན་ད་ཧ་པ་ཙ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:ओँ वज्र चण्ड सर्व दुष्टान्तक हन दह पच हूँ फट्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra caṇḍa sarva duṣṭāntaka hana daha paca hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Om, Vajra, Wrathful, Destroyer of all evil, Strike, Burn, Cook, Hum, Phat)".
