邬（邬）之轮是圆形的，与五个字母完全相应。地（地）之轮是方形的，也与五个字母相应。一切都应如前了解。观想字母充满光明。帕（ཕཊ་，梵文：फट्，phaṭ，断除）断除心之味，达（ཏ་）是焚烧。惹（རྦད་）断除安乐之味，在法界中恒常存在。轮和涅槃一切法，转动菩提心之幻轮，完全清净而显现。转动有为法之轮，是外道迷惑之道。譬如用锋利之箭射击，如同无有错失一般。观想显现而无自性，一心专注。出自《法界秘密轮续》中，宣说三轮之品第九。秘密真言一切之总纲，于后部续的次第中所说完毕。

The wheel of U (U) is round, perfectly corresponding to the five letters. The wheel of Earth (Earth) is square, also corresponding to the five letters. Everything should be understood as before. Meditate on the letters filled with light. Phaṭ (ཕཊ་, Sanskrit: फट्, phaṭ, cutting off) cuts off the taste of the mind, Ta (ཏ་) is burning. Ra (རྦད་) cuts off the taste of bliss, and exists eternally in the Dharmadhatu. All phenomena of wheels and Nirvana, turn the illusory wheel of Bodhicitta, becoming completely purified and manifest. Turning the wheel of conditioned phenomena is the path of delusion of the heretics. For example, shooting with a sharp arrow is like having no misses. Meditate single-pointedly on appearance without inherent existence. From the Tantra of the Secret Wheel of Dharmadhatu, the ninth chapter explaining the three wheels. The great general outline of all secret mantras, as explained in the sequence of the later Tantra, is complete.
