In the previously spoken king of tantras, is it not accomplished the action of killing by the mandala of the support that was spoken of? If it is accomplished, what is the secret mantra like? From the rosary of Maraya, is it not proper to cultivate it? What is the time for killing? Killing at the time when the fish dies, what is the reason for that? What is the determination of blood like? What is the determination of the skull like? What is the determination of the number of letters? Is it not proper to measure this? What is meant by the wheel? Bhagavan, please explain that. Then, the Bhagavan, the glorious King of Manifest Enlightenment, arose from his seat, from the vajra of body, speech, and mind, it is the medicine that dispels the afflictions of sentient beings, it is the supreme elixir that dispels the five poisons, it is the supreme lamp that dispels ignorance, that is great bliss, and it is spoken for the sake of those of the future.
