Once, the Bhagavan, the King of Glorious Vajrabhairava, in the great charnel ground called Kyishana, in a palace that blazed intensely, in the midst of a great ocean of blood, in a place where there were many corpses of the charnel ground, a place where skulls were piled up, a palace of piled-up skulls, surrounded by a city of piled-up skeletons, a place that was extremely frightening and hair-raising, with an inconceivable assembly of wrathful deities and wrathful mothers, and an inconceivable assembly of mamos and dakinis. 萨！于此业之轮回世间，唯有度脱乃是慈悲之主。以度脱三界之殊胜者，请赐予度脱三界之权！如是祈请后，薄伽梵怖畏金刚，摄三界于权下，以威势压伏三有。以身之光芒与语之吼声，以及意之化身，令眷属生起欢喜，如是宣说教言：谛听，有之忿怒母主！于三界世间一切处，不善之幻变杀戮等，非是与教言相符之事业。然于五百之末世，摧毁教法之罗刹众，献汝为食饮。以是降伏 Dam sri（དམ་སྲི，梵文，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）之十地，于命与气息掌权。于与教言相符之瑜伽士，行持守护与降伏之一切事业。遮止并诛杀外道邪见之恶行，赐予诛杀之权。行持一切与意义相符之瑜伽士之事业！如是宣说教言。 之后，大魔母生起极大欢喜，如大吉祥者所宣说之教言一般立誓，成为秘密真言之护法。于眷属中安住之无数母众亦以极大欢喜之心，赞颂薄伽梵，广作绕转与供养后，如是祈请：唉玛吙！大吉祥饮血众，我等以业为母之香卡提，于教言与修持之后，我等亦行持事业，薄伽梵请垂念教言，请赐予与意义相符之权！如是祈请后，薄伽梵对彼等眷属宣说：善哉！善哉！罗刹众，汝等所指示之事业与福分，守护神圣教法，调伏三宝之仇敌，成办瑜伽士之意义。如是宣说后，生起极大欢喜，成为持明之誓言者。名为心滴开显续·枭面者，宣说处之品第一。之后，彼眷属之中，名为大菩萨秘密主者，于了知中，对薄伽梵如是祈请：唉玛吙！

Sa! In this world of karmic cycles, only deliverance is the lord of compassion. With the supreme one who delivers the three realms, please grant the power to deliver the three existences! After praying thus, the Bhagavan Vajrabhairava subdued the three realms under his power and suppressed the three existences with his might. With the rays of his body, the roar of his voice, and the emanations of his mind, he made the retinue rejoice, and spoke these words: Listen, chief of the wrathful mothers of existence! In all the worlds of the three realms, evil magical displays, killings, and so on, are not actions in accordance with the teachings. However, in the last of the five hundred years, the hordes of Rudras who destroy the teachings, I dedicate to you as food and drink. Since it is the ten fields for subduing Dam sri (དམ་སྲི，Devanagari：，IAST：，Meaning: Dam sri), wield power over life and breath. For yogis who are in accordance with the teachings, perform all the actions of protection and subjugation. Turn back and kill the evil deeds of heretics and wrong views, grant the power to kill. Perform all the actions of yogis that are in accordance with meaning! Thus he spoke. After that, the great Rakshasi gave rise to great joy, and vowed according to the words spoken by the Great Glorious One, and became the protector of secret mantras. The countless mothers dwelling in the retinue also praised the Bhagavan with great joy, and after circumambulating and making extensive offerings, prayed thus: Emaho! Great glorious blood-drinking assembly, we, the karmic mothers Shangkati, after the teachings and practices, we also perform actions, Bhagavan, please consider the teachings, please grant the power that is in accordance with meaning! After praying thus, the Bhagavan spoke to those retinues: Well done! Well done! Assembly of Rakshasis, the actions and fortunes you have indicated, protect the sacred teachings, subdue the enemies of the Three Jewels, and accomplish the meaning of the yogis. After speaking thus, they became very happy and became the oath-bound ones of the Vidyadharas. From the Tantra of Unveiling the Heart Drop, called Owl-Faced One, the first chapter, the introduction. Then, among that retinue, a great Bodhisattva named Lord of Secrets, knowing, prayed to the Bhagavan thus: Emaho!
