In the language of India: Karma Kuru Ratna Tantra Nama. In the Tibetan language: Called the Tantra of Perfected Action. Homage to glorious Heruka! Thus have I heard at one time: The Bhagavan, the master of body, speech, and mind, the essence of great joy, having become the essence of all Tathagatas, always dwells in the lotus of the mother. Then, by the blessing of manifest enlightenment, the great Lord Vairocana, the enjoyer, with a peaceful demeanor, a beautiful form, three faces and six arms, possessing the colors of the three liberations, holding implements and mudras in each of his hands, dwells in the abode of Akanishta, adorned with a garland of heart-essence flowers, the immeasurable palace made of the five jewels of wisdom's nature, possessing space and color, square, possessing four doors, possessing corner towers, possessing horse-stairs and steps, adorned with eight pillars and sixteen beams, covered with precious ornaments, with retinues of various forms and the like, not different from himself, dwelling together, dwelling thus: The Bhagavan Tathagata Vairocana, Vajrasattva, Ratnasambhava, Amitayus, Amoghasiddhi, together with the consorts, and surrounded by many other retinue goddesses, such as: Lasya, Mala, Gita, Nritta, Dhupa, Pushpa, Aloka, Gandha, Ankusha, Pasha, Sphota, and Ghanta, dwelling indivisibly. Then, the Bhagavan, the great lord of joy, dwelling in the complete enjoyment body, illuminated the three thousand great thousand worlds with the differentiation of light. Then, gazing into the mandala of emptiness, looking directly or making it clear, disappeared from the great equanimity. Emaho! There is not a single sentient being who has not been taken with compassion. By that power, true love is not known. With love for all, it becomes the supreme joy. By protecting all, it abides in great equanimity.

Eng. Then, that Sugata, the supreme of joy, was seen by all as the three faces of all the Tathagatas. Then, the Tathagata Vairochana and others, and external offerings such as dhūpe, and internal offerings such as coquetry, and secret offerings such as the flower kartika, were offered, and the right knee was placed on the ground. He said this: "Immaculate eyes, seen by all, supremely joyful king, to you, the secrets of body, speech, and mind, through which door did they first enter? I beseech you to generate joy." Having said this, he looked at himself and entered into the samadhi of exhaling all dharmas. Generating immeasurable compassion and delighting in the bodhicitta is the supreme of going first, and the practitioner should diligently do it. Whoever does not know emptiness, should do emptiness like this. The wisdom of emptiness is also through the meaning of emptiness, the collection of letters, names, and sounds are proclaimed. oṃ mahāśūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'ham. From the very nature of emptiness, the non-existent empty dharmas are emptiness that has abandoned self, dharma, consciousness, and grasping and clinging. The wisdom of emptiness is the pinnacle of all wisdoms, there is no object seen by knowledge. By whom is wisdom born from seeing?" Thus he spoke. Then, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly complete Buddha, the Bhagavan, spoke of this kind of yoga. From the very nature of dharmata, contemplate pervading all with compassion. This essence of all dharmas is said to be the root of meaning. The all-knowing wisdom and the compassion that pervades all are the nature of the common vehicle. Through the direct meaning, the Buddha's love, joy, equanimity, etc., should be contemplated by the yogi. Focusing on the benefit of others, and focusing on dharmas, and focusing on non-focusing is the contemplation of the four immeasurables. From contemplating emptiness as an example of space, the seed of the cause is clear as hūṃ. From that, the protection of the place is greatly undertaken. From the mandala of the support and the supported, the mandala arises from the true meaning.
