《圣·金刚黑自在母名咒续王》 印度语：Arya Vajra Dithī Kālīśvarī Nāma Mantra Tantra Rāja。 藏语：圣·金刚黑自在母名咒续王。 顶礼薄伽梵圆满正等觉王！ 如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵如来圆满正等觉王，于一切自性之住处，金刚母口莲花极清净之界中安住。复有非异于彼之眷属，从明点法究竟之性中化现，有情世间之大自在母，于内外一切有情器世间自在之五部生母，以及智慧众之十四母，和似为下劣之五十八母，亦为方便。复有菩提萨埵摩诃萨埵秘密主金刚手，亦为方便。三界之药叉女众，执持第一猛厉之器杖，以及猛厉光荣之器杖、猛厉眼之器杖、猛厉之诅咒等，能自在人肉血及命气等。于世间中，行非时之劫，及非时之幻术，与不调之疾病，和恐怖之地动、冰雹、霜雪等。于三界中，教敕严厉，言语不通，唱恐怖之咒歌，作手势，嗅血与油之气味，于一切有情作种种损害。内之眷属降临，互相啖食其家族之丈夫与儿子等。身缠七根芥子，涂抹红线。于极妩媚之众前，有如是之母众：若有死尸，则有住于阎浮树之大罗刹女，嗅到肉 与血之气味，一夜能行八万由旬之大罗刹女，持诅咒之器杖。一髻母持诅咒之器杖，战神之母持诅咒之器杖，七母四姊妹持诅咒之器杖，地母持诅咒之器杖，七母药叉主仆持诅咒之器杖，女鬼药叉三姐妹持诅咒之器杖。

The King of Tantras, called "The Noble Vajra Black Independent Mother." In Sanskrit: Arya Vajra Dithī Kālīśvarī Nāma Mantra Tantra Rāja. In Tibetan: The King of Tantras, called "The Noble Vajra Black Independent Mother." Homage to the Bhagavan, the King of Perfect Enlightenment! Thus have I heard. At one time, the Bhagavan Tathagata, the King of Perfect Enlightenment, was dwelling in the abode of all natures, in the realm of the perfectly pure bhaga of the Vajra Mukhalī Mother. Moreover, there was a retinue not different from him, emanated from the ultimate state of bindu-dharma, the great independent mother of phenomenal existence, the five queen mothers who control the container and its contents, the fourteen mothers of the wisdom assembly, and the fifty-eight who appear as inferior, and also as a means. Furthermore, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the secret lord Vajrapani, was also a means. The assembly of yakshinis of the three realms, holding the first fierce weapon, and the fierce glorious weapon, and the fierce eye weapon, and the fierce curse, etc., who control human flesh and blood and life force, etc., in the world, perform untimely kalpas, and untimely illusions, and discordant diseases, and terrifying earthquakes, hail, and frost, etc. In the three realms, their commands are strict, their language is incomprehensible, they sing terrifying songs of curses, make hand gestures, smell the scent of blood and oil, and cause various harms to all sentient beings. When the inner retinue descends, they devour each other's family, husbands and sons, etc. They wear seven mustard seeds, and smear red thread. Before the extremely seductive assembly, there is such a gathering of mothers: If there is a corpse, then there is a great rakshasi dwelling in the Jambudvipa tree, smelling the scent of flesh and blood, a great rakshasi who can run eighty thousand yojanas in one night, holding the weapon of curses. Ekajati holding the weapon of curses, the war goddess holding the weapon of curses, the seven mothers and four sisters holding the weapon of curses, the earth goddess holding the weapon of curses, the seven mothers, yaksha servants, holding the weapon of curses, the demoness, yaksha three sisters, holding the weapon of curses.
